This is to inform you that I have applied for Credit Card of Barclays Bank 3-4 months back but till date I am not replied by the bank and I am also having so many offers and adds on my mobile from Barclays Bank Credit Card. 15 days back, I received a call from mumbai and they said that you have received your credit card or not. I said no and found to have that I have to speak in customer care on [protected]. I have tried more than 1000 times on this number but this number is totally worst and is not working properly and answering your call is being transferred to our executive and after holding for more than 15 minutes, call is not diverted. In my view, this is totally worst and useless bank. They should improve their customer care numbers also.

COPY THE MESSAGE SENT TO THE COMPANY IS ATTACHED FOR YOUR HELP "i today i.e. on 18/03/2008 reported in cardiology department with prior appointment with one of your dr g s kalra at 10 a.m. for the purpose of getting an angiography done. i wish to advise that i am a patient of cadiomyopathy and suffering from diabetes. i was asked by dr kalra to get myself admitted for which i depoisted
rs 10000 and was alloted bed no 11 and i remained there upto 8.30 pm un attended
and without being told when my procedure is to be done. i tried to enquire from the staff present in the room which was totally uncooperative. i further add that being a diabetic i was kept hungry from 10 am to 8.30. in between my sugar level has fallen down for which when i asked for some help nothing was done to meet my request.
similar was the case of the patient who was on bed no 7. when his relatives made a scene in the hospital his angio was done at the same time. height of the things are that when i saw that there is going to happen nothing i pressed for my discharge as no body is acring about me my discharge slip is marked that this is being done on my request. moreover i have been charged with rs 2626 for the poor services rendered by your hospital which included doctors visiting charges which has never happened in my case. is this the service which your insitute which cosiders itself the best is rendering to the suffering persons. is it ethically right. it might be right for you as it might have been your motto to churn money from the suffering people. you might also be aware that a dissatisfied customer can cause a great loss to the institute. kindly look in to the matter and first of all refund me rs 2626 at the earliest and also think how you can compensate me for the poor medical service rendered to me. mine patient uhid no is 00155485 and ipid no 61718."

I was prgnant and was consulting Dr. Vanika Prim.
On 23rd March 2008 I started having unnatural bleeding and contacted Dr. Vanika for advice, She suggested me to

visit Fortis Emergency and get a Ultra sound done and then contact her on phone.

At fortis I reached somewhere around 4:30 PM, it took 30 minutes for some doctor to come and attend me even though i

was bleeding and in pain, Dr. Himangi came and asked me to get an ultrasound done. I was taken for the ultrasound

but the doctor suggested that i should have the bladder full to do an Ultrasound and should come after 30 minutes.

after 20 minutes when we again went for the Ultrasound the doctor had most irresponsibly left and there was no other

doctor available. for anothre 1 and a half Hrs I just desperately waited for medical attention.I had to go to

urinate again and again as there was no doctor and i was bledding heavily and in this bleeding passed a fleshy lump.

I informed this to the doctor Himangi and the attendants. Finally i was asked to go and get the ultrasound done from

Kailash Hospital by Dr. Hmiangi as there was no doctor available with fortis to do the Ultrasound. I left and got

the Ultrasound done from Kailash but while then it was too late and i had suffered a micarriage.

I loft my baby due to gross nigligence of the Fortis staff and hospital including Dr Vanika Prim who is least

concerned about the health of her patients. Such doctors who are greedy for money should not be allowed to practise

and they pose a serious threat to the health of common man. They run their private practise and are more interested

in patients they treat in their private practise.

Strict action should be taken against the doctors responsible for this mishappening and the hospital staff who least

co-operative and Fortis should take complete responsibility of the huge loss me and my family has suffered. If no

action is taken by fortis and this mail is ignored we will be forced to take legal advice.

Three months back I have settled my cash card with GE money and I have the settlement letter as well.In the month of january I called up Customer Care to confirm the closure.I was told that the account has been settled and closed.Now I am getting bills for the same card no., stating I have some outstanding balance.When I called customer care I was told that they have no information about the settlement letter.
This is absolute harrasement from the financial institution and nothing else.I have been charged doubled the rate of interest than was promised by GE money's sales staff.Incorrect information about the payment date and bill generation date was given to me.
I have now managed to settle the account and have paid well in advance than the settlement date.Yet I am asked to pay more.
I request the care takers to take an action on this complaint.

I lost my mother on 12th April 08 because of careless doctors in Fortis Noida. Her treatment in Fortis Noida starts in October 07. My mother was having cancer so they asked us to go for PET scan test. There was small spot of cancer near urinary bladder as mentioned in the PET scan report. We refer to doctor Malay Nandi and he suggests us to go for chemotherapy as she was already operated 3 times earlier. After consulting him, we agree to go for chemotherapy and he started giving chemotherapy medicines to my mother. Her last chemotherapy dose was given in March 08 but still there were no improvements and she had infections in her urinary bladder. We informed these to doctor Malay Nandi and he asked us to speak to Gynaeo specialist and that doctor asked us to speak to Oncology specialist. We keep going to different doctors but nobody was taking the case seriously. We asked doctor Malay Nandi and he asked us to go for urine test and her urine was send for test. In urine report they mentioned the sugar level of my mother upto 400 which makes us shocked as she was not a diabetes patient. We asked doctor to go for urine test again as this is not possible and then after lot of arguments they send the urine for test again on the same day. In the second report the sugar level was normal and after speaking to Lab doctors they say sorry to us as they have typed the wrong information in the previous report. My mother was crying because of severe pain in her lower abdomen near urinary bladder, we asked doctor Malay Nandi to give her any anti-biotic medicines so that atleast that can help to fight against the infections in her urinary bladder and he told us that he is waiting for another urine report which will come after 48 hours. My mother urine stop at 2:30 pm on Thursday 11th April 08, we informed nurses and doctors as well but no actions were taken by them. My mother was having pain and they says it is not critical and after lot of arguments they called doctor Dushyant to inject a tube in urinary bladder to get the urine out. Nurses informed doctor at 7 pm and he was at his home in Delhi. He told nurses that he is coming to hospital and he reached at 10:30 pm to Fortis Noida. My father asked him to check the ultra sound report before injecting a tube from stomach to get urine out of the bladder, but doctor Dushyant was over confident person saying this is my regular routine job and I can insert tube without seeing the reports. After 15 min he came out of room and tell us that the infections is very much in the body and she need to be in ICU (maybe while injecting a tube he had burst the urinary bladder and the infections get all over the stomach). They took my mother to ICU at 11:55pm and kept her there for 36 hours and told us that she is not more because the infection get over the whole body and her blood pressure was very low and can’t get recover. It was a surprise to us because my mother was speaking to us well till the time she was send to ICU and later on we have no idea what they have done.

In these 6 months we have seen that there are trainee staffs in hospital instead of experienced one and even I have seen atleast 4-6 nurses who don’t know how to give the injections. A single nurse was given duty in 4 rooms so you can imagine if two patients have problem at same time than she can’t look both of them. Even I have to call the nurses several times to stop the injection tube when the medicines are already finished.

One great thing to be seen in Fortis Noida is that if you are an insurance policy holder than doctor asked you to get admitted to hospital for 4-5 days even if you need to be there for a single day. The idea behind this might be to check the patients daily twice in a day to have Rs 700 as consultant fees of doctors per visit. Doctors visits Fortis Noida for couple of hours only and charge there high consultant fees.

I have lost my mother whom I love the most and I am sharing this with you to make you aware and not do the same mistake which was done by me and think before taking your dear ones to Fortis Noida. Fortis Noida is a 5-star hotel but not a good hospital.

My son was admitted in Fortis Hospital Noida for treatment of viral diarrheo on 28th Mar and was discharged on 31st Mar.During his stay there he was on hospital food and water only.We were told that it was boiled water for the baby and normal water for us.
But the taste of water was really bad and we had to order only Bisleri water as they would not allow anything from outside.

When he was discharged he was little better and we got him home.But exactly after week my baby had very high fever and then was finally diagones with TYPHOID which is quite rare for 7month old baby.

This was the first time in all these months that i had given my son water that was not boiled by me and i am doubtful if this is all because of the water served in hospital.

i have been through the most bad time in this month and cant help thinking and blaming myself for all the pain of injections and having bad medicine my son has gone through.

Wanted to know if it is possible we can get hospital water and hygiene checked.

I have a problem of fibroid in my uterus and am supposed to undergo hysterectomy. After much deliberence, I chose to get it done in Fortis Noida.
The gynaecologist provided me with a series of tests to be done on Wed. I had already got some blood tests done earlier. I went to the billing desk and asked the person at the counter, Ms Isarah, to kindly bill me for the tests that remained from the list. Isarah tells me only ECG & Xray remain. I reminded her that there might be some more tests written on that. The confident Isarah tells me otherwise. I pay for ECG & Xray and get the same done and am asked to collect the same on thu. My operation has been scheduled for Fri and I am required to see the anesthetist on Thu with all the report results.
When I reach the hospital on Thu, my ECG report is no where to be found. The ECG dept tells me they have dispatched the same but the front desk says they havent received it. All this in the same hospital building! I had to undergo ECG once again.
I went to the gynae with the ECG & Xray results. She tells all my tests are not done. From the list she had given day before, none were completed except ECG & Xray. Some 6-7 tests remained on that list in big bold letters which Ms Iaisarah very conveniently missed!! As a result now, I will not get operated on Friday.
I raised this complaint at the front desk ragarding the same.

The 'patient welfare' executive Ms Jyoti came down to assist when I raised this issue at the front desk. However, all she managed was to get my tests done then – which I would have anyway managed without assistance. When I requested to meet someone higher up to complain, she spoke to a Dr Sood who could offer nothing but an assurance to fire the lady Iaisarah.

As a result now, I am not getting operated on Fri. I have medical and personal reasons why I cant get the operation postponed, other than the fact that I am living in constant intense pain. Due to the gross neglience of the front desk staff, I am losing a lot of time and being harassed for no reason. All this comes at a high cost as well.
What is most interesting about this hospital is that the OT, doctor consulation, and other such charges vary with the kind of room that one takes in the hospital. If a general ward is taken, the doctor also charges less as compared to a suite. So does that mean the service provided is different? Or are my chances of dying on the hospital bed are much higher if I take general ward since the doctor is not being paid well enough? No other hospital I have visited has such a bizarre and illogical method of charging.

The hospital does not have trained staff and no customer service. It is only pomp and show and with no content at all. They have a belll outside to ring incase the patient is satisified with the service. So if I am not satisfied, can I take it off??

Hello All,
This is to warn you, think twice before entering Fortis Mohali, only if you do not want your loved one to survive at all.

My father was rushed to Fortis Mohali in emergency as asked by the oncologist Dr.Rajeev Bedi due to a ruptured vein in the eye. But to our dismay, nobody bothered to look at him in the first three precious hours. The untrained staff, inexperinced doctors and the unhygienic conditions inside the general ICU made his condition deplorable.Dr. Rajeev Bedi did not even had the slightest responsibilty to visit his patient after numerous requests.
Ultimately after various antibiotics, no food, enemas, strong physiotherapies, my father gave up.And the reason they gave for his death was multiple myeloma.But the biopsy report had already proved that it was in remission.
I lost my father.

I just pray nobody dies a brutal death, the way he had.
