My father Mr. Brijendra Kumar Gupta was admitted to Fortis Vivekanand Hospirtal Moradabad on 13th April 2014 and discharged on 21-Apr-2014.
On the day fid discharge the billing department has asked us to pay remaining balance of Rs. 13, 249.
We paid Rs. 13, 249 cash and take the Discharge Card.
The total bill amount was Rs. 63, 249 and we got the bill of Rs. 59, 099 + Rs. 1, 200 (Dr. Raj Kapoor & Amit Sharma’s Consultation fees) = 60, 299
There was no bill for Rs. 2, 950, when I contacted the billing department regarding this discrepancy, they are not accepting it.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter, as this raises the serious doubts on Billing department of Fortis Vivekanand Hospital.
