I anand dave admitted in fortis hospital in udaipur on 21st aug.2017 to 27th aug.2017. On 21st hospital staff take my urine sample and they charged₹108/- but after discharge i saw there is no investigation o[censored]rine analysis (5200). It's shocking me. If there is any complications in my urine? Who is responsible for this. I attaching two photo copies ie. One is receipt and second one is investigation report. So, please look into the matter.
