[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — harassment to the patient and negligence by fortis noida in test reports

This is with reference to the health check up performed for myself on 15 sept 2018, uhid no.-672249

On the same day billing was done for the additional tests of vitamin d and b12.

Post phc we had a review of reports with doctor on 20th oct 18 it was a really disappointing experience, as during the consultation it was retrieved that the reports for the additional tests were missing, after checking for long time at phc front desk it was extracted from the lab that the reports doesn't even exist.

This is negligence by the fortis noida as they didn't ensure the folder with reports was incomplete.

This is never expected by a corporate hospital like fortis. It was the first and worst experience ever. Patient was guided to run from pillar to post after paying a hefty amount. The services are disappointing.

I would like to have an answer on this as the bill is still there but the tests were not performed.

This has created mistrust among us about even the rest of the reports which were shared with us. A big question mark on fortis services.
