[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — ignorance of a patient in urgent condition

I met dr. Bela media 15 days ago and i had another appointment scheduled with her on saturday. While she is only available on monday, wednesday and saturday that too till 12.45 pm, i had booked my appointment in time.

The hospital staff made me wait for an hour saying due to an emergency, dr. Bela isn't available and some other dr. Leena will see dr. Belas patients. I couldn't find any records of a dr. Leela on fortis website when i searched to check her history. After waiting for an hour, when i asked the receptionist as to when will the doctor be available, she said, and i quote – "i can't give an approximate tome"

I mean even after paying so much money, this is the behaviour of the staff! I was suffering from an infection which was extremely urgent to be medicated. This is preposterous. Action must be taken against the hospital for the same
