[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — utter unprofessionalism

We have come to fortis hospital anandapur kolkata today 23-2-19 under corporate package if hpcl. There was no separate registration process nor a person alloted for the company to guide us unlike all other hospitals tied up with hpcl in different locations where we hv been going for the regular check up. The registration process itself took 2.5 hours. After that proper guidance was not given as to where to go next. There was no one giving proper information about the arrival of doctor or the time of the test at entire as well as papsmear test. Moreover we were misguided. At tmt initially i submitted the file at 2 pm and was told of 2 hrs waiting time. At 4 pm again when i visited, the lady says it will take another 2.5 hours because some opd and ipd cases hv come up. How can the earlier submitted file be pushed to last??? The lady was very rude in answering. When i approached health care desk she bluffed that i will be attended in half an hour.in totality after taking huge amounts from us there is utter unprofessionalism and you people failed to give proper services
Inspite of spending one whole day at hospital from 8 am till 5 pm still three tests are pending. Hopeless customer care services. I hope this complaint atleast is taken seriously and not unprofessionally unlike today's experience.
