I had booked a courier through franch express courier to the below mentioned address

When i checked the the tracking status, it was showing delivered.
But still the courier dint reach the consignee..
Can u please check with ur kumbakonam office and confirm the same. The delivery date shown in the tracking was on 06.03.18.
But still now that is 07.03.18 09:00pm we dint receive the courier to the above said address.
It is very important and urgent for us. So pls i request u to check into this matter.
