We have given our office on Rent to Franchisee India limited on three year lease and three year lock in period . As per lease agreement rent is to be paid by 7th of every month . Company is not paying full rent & in time from last one year . Last two month rent has become due. Despite various communication through E mail and calls there is no response from company.
