Dear Sir/ Madam

I had bought a Adidas perfume (special edition south Africa, pure game) from shoppers stop,

Chennai.I bought it in the month of march. I am a regular use of Adidas and never had such a worst

experience. It has created all yellow marks in all my costly branded shirts and t.shirts (check the

attachments) and i am very upset of this. I expect some proper and responsible reply from your side.

When i went to lodge a complaint regarding this in SHOPPERS STOP in Mumbai, they didn't take any

action. And i am fed up. I expect a proper compensation my shirts which is no more worth to wear cause

of spraying this perfume. Please do the needful.

Respected Sir/Mam,
I have purchased a shoe from adidas original store, after wearing it for 1 time the shoe started hurting me it . So i went to the store and returned the faulty pair. They immdiatly replaced the article with another faulty pair on 15th July 2010. the pasting of the shoe came out within 3 month. Now I have returned the product at the store and they are not giving me the complete replacement. They are deducting 30% saying that it was purchased during sale period . The MRP of the shoe is 5800/- they are giving replacement for Rs. 4060 /- . Where as the bill that i carry is for Rs5800/-. they are telling me to take the replacement on this amount or the will cancel the deal as will as they will keep the shoe if i not agree on the deal.Please help me in the following case.

I purchased Adidas shoes worth 2899 from factory outlet run by Future group on Diwali.
They cause too much pain if I wear them for long. Even wearing them for couple of hours causes pain for following 8-10 days.

In my position as Chairman, Indian Oil, my wife Anuradha Bansal was gifted a pair of adidas shoes at Vadodara Gujarat by Indian Oil to play friendly cricket match there. However, it was noticed that in one of the shoe there is some manufacturing defeat and laces cannot be put properly. The shoes were showed to your showroom in south extension, New Delhi. Who refuse to entertain the complaint. Twice I have sent the complaint on mail but unfortunately no response from your side. I cannot expect this kind of response from a company of international repute. Your immediate response is solicited.

hello sir/madam i bought addidas shoes from addidas show room ..i bought it on[protected] and after 10 days shoe's pasting was open. and i went to addidas show room again which is situated in phagwara city distt:- kapurthala ,state:-punjab(india).the shopkeeper told me the company will give you new shoes after 15 days but the new shoes which will be given by company on that shoes company will not give any warranty because company already gave you new pair of shoes against pasting opened of the shoes.my mobile number is [protected].plz solve my problem…….

This is with reference to the purchase made of a Adidas Neo Shirt from the franchisee : Nehh Retail Private Limited. 17, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata – 700 071. At the very first use of the said product the colour of the shirt had faded (under arms) at thus I had returned it to the same franchisee for settlement on 28th of February, 2011. Although being assured a response in a week, i didn't seem receive any call form their end till date. After making continuous visit to the shop, finally around last week of June the fault was accepted and I was informed that I could purchase any other garment of the same value as the specific piece could not be replaced.

In mid July when i made a visit to the showroom for the claim settlement I was given my shirt back and was informed that nothing could be done as the colour had faded due to my mishandling.

Thus after getting no response from your end for six months I don't a expect a negative response from Adidas and blaming the customer for something where I have no role to play. I fell that this is a matter of great concern as it could be the case of misleading the customers, regretting for the number of customers who would be a part of this unknowingly.

Therefore, in this scenario kindly make sure that concrete steps are taken against this.

Hello Team,

I had purchased Adidas company shoes in 4299 Rs. from Adidas shop in Himalaya mall in driven in area in Ahmedabad city. I had purchased those in end of June 2011. Probably after few days of purchase, it hurts me to my last finger of my both legs. So when ever I wear after that,it hearted my finger a lot and have to remove from my legs. I had contacted to Adidas shop from where I purchased. They had taken those for repair but gave in same stage where it was before repair. I am very disappointed as not expecting this problem and very bad service from Adidas. What should I do as I am not able to wear it and its cost is 4299!!?

I had contacted Adidas care and they assured me to reply in 7 working days but even after a month I have not got reply from Adidas care. I am attaching that mail contents here.

I bought adidas shoes from M/s, K.K. Footwear, opp. Dr. Pannalal Nursing Home, Ramghat road, aligarh (uttar pradesh) 202001 India phone ([protected]), worth Rs. 1620/- on[protected].But within this short duration the shoes are damaging(peeling off the material). what is the reason behind this i dont know. may be the material used is not of good quality or whether the shoes are not of original quality. i put my grievence in front of the proprieter of M/s K.K. Footwear but he did not replied satisfactorily. he asked me to send the pair of shoes to the company. so, here i kindly request you to take action against the dealer and please help me to sought out my problem as soon as possible.
