Transported my bike from Coimbatore to Chennai in ABT parcel and had a worst experience. I was shocked to see many part (indicators, clutch, mirror, etc) of my bike to be broken and many scratches on the doom. It cost me more than transportation charge to replace the broken parts and I was not compensated for the same.
Though they collected unloading charges, they asked me to unpack the bike myself. Workers were not customer friendly.

As per ur transport agent told per kg we have to rs 5.50 but in bill they put amount 7 per kg and also after reaching here at destination they are charging rs 1 per kg for hama li…. But i called to ur head office and they told to pay rs 15 for 25 kg bag… But sulthan bathery office man telling he won't allow to take our stuff for this hama li and he charged rs 18 per bag

Dear sir,

I am having credit cards of ABN amro bank and ICICI Bank since last 5-6 years, and I used to pay regular payments every time but after due time they are sending statements after due date and imposing financial charges, late payment charges and other taxes, which are not applicable at all,

I wrote to the customer care for the unwanted amount charging on the bills, but their response was not appreaciable, and I stoped to used credit card sinces 2-3 years and even though I paid regular amounts but finally they continued their system of charging huge amount of bill and I stop to pay the money and I requested them to make settlement of account by clearing money.

Even though I do not received any reponse from customer care,

Therefor I wish to Lodge the complaint uner consumer protection act,

Kindly help us to resove the matter.My credit card details as under:

I was having credit card of ABN Amro Bank( No. [protected] ).It was closed by bank due to some late payment in 2007. .Their executives are harrasing me to pay everymonth. i told them many times to settle it down.I have paid a lot to the bank which i was not supposed to pay.Please help in solving this case. As I am very depressed from this situation.i Cant pay anymore.

1 tea bag among 11 bags hasbeen damaged as it was delivered from coimbatore to thalassery. I have noticed there was a loss of teadust above 6 kg in the bag and since that bag has damaged, the quality of the teadust also affected.

The complaint authority in calicut through thalassery branch manager (Vinod kumar), i have got an open delivery and offered a compensation. So i expect to get the compensation as soon as possible.

Hi,

At the time of delivery we measured 80 kg of weight, at the time delivery we got 200 kg weigh & payment also they asking 3800 for us .

Such a huge fraud services ..

We never ever expect the service like that from ABT .
ABT they are asking hidden charges as cud-don handling charges for 300 rs extra without the package weighing cost .

Kindly provide me proper response ..

i am having a credit card of ABN AMRO bank cardno. [protected] from last 4 to 5 years which i was using frequently and also there was no issue about the payment from my side all the payments were made promptly. but For the last year or so i dont know why suddenly i was not getting the payment statement from the bank which on many occassions conveyed to the customer service of the bank and every time an assurance was given to me that i will get my bill statement, also i had given my e mail so that bills can be sent thru mails but bank has not looked in to my request. still every time i was honouring the bank by making the payment whenever suddenly the collection man used to appear for collection. After some months one Mr. Mohit Kumar (Mob. no. [protected]/[protected] an executive from collection cell approached me and told me to settle the amount if i am not getting my bills on time. As i was fed up with the bill statement issue, i decided to do as advised by shri. Mohit kumar, he asked me to give 3 cheques of Rs. 1859, Rs.1900, & Rs. 18241. totalling to Rs.22000/- as settelement amount, which i had paid thru 3 cheques numbered 461972, 461973& 461962 for. Rs.18241, Rs. 1859, Rs.1900 . for which a receipt was given to me & Mr. Mohit kumar has told me that i will receive my settlement letter as soon as the cheques get cleared, All the cheques were cleared from my Account but till date the bank has not issued me my settlement letter.i have tried to contact the banks representative mr. mohit kumar but he is neither responding not taking my phone, and the collection persons have again started calling me and harrassing me for payment and when asked about my settlement letter they are not responding, where as every time some or the other person from abn amro bank calls me and again i have to explain everything to every body. this is a mental harrassment to me. you are requested to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my settlement letter and get relief from the harrassment meted out to me from abn amro bank officials

i have talked to shri. Rohit Malhotra of New Delhi collecting office also, they are asking me to wait for 2 to 3 months for getting settlement letter or else they are saying you go to the branch and talk to them. This is cheating with customer that one person collects the money in the name of settling the account and later on customer has to run after the bank. I am being cheated by the bank officials. though i have not received statment for a year or so, i was paying blindly, i have stopped using the card since may 2008.

Respected sir/madam,

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that as per the RBI guidelines no bank is authorised to resort to harassment of any consumer through recovery agents (third party).

Inspite of the above mentioned the ABN AMRO bank has voilated the law by sending two recovery agents at my doorstep at 8:00 pm, yesterday[protected] demanding to clear the credit card dues.

Inview of this it is to inform you that I do not hold any card from ABN AMRO and the credit on this card is not in my knowledge, even though if the bank is holding me liable for the credit dues I therefore demand some significant proof from the bank against which the credit was exhausted by me. Moreover, I have not been receiving any credit card statements duly from this bank on my permanent address for the last 10 years now.

All the details would be submitted and presented by me in person if required by the concerned authorities. However, at present I would request the authority to please look into my case and safeguard my public image which is being destorted and damaged by the bank. Thanks.

Very very worst service don't book in abt parcel service all are very very
Lethargic no care taken for prompt delivery further they charge rs 400/
For packing without bill which is very exhorbitant sincere advise is not
Book anything in abt parcel service

Lr no 908278 booked from bangalore to chennai they charged 935 and collected additionally 375 rs saying that they will repack again. Booked at abt parcel service dooravani ngr opp to kr puram station no bill for this. Again at chennai pallavaram, chennai they collected 200 as bribe to handover goods no bill was given. It is a big shame for abt for such things. Geetha[protected]
