On 24th Dec 2015, I booked a ticket from abhiibus.com to travel from Pune to Ambajogai. PNR number[protected]. I had chosen boarding point as ELPRO COMPANY, NEAR HDFC BANK, CHINCHWAD. The departure time was 08:45 pm, I reached at the boarding point on 08:15 pm. I was waiting for the bus; at around 09:00 pm suddenly I got a call from cleaner of the bus (or whoever the person) saying that he was waiting for me from 15 mins at boarding point ADITYA BIRLA HOSPITAL.
I got shocked, I am literate enough to read my boarding point in the confirmation message. The bus went off from ADITYA BIRLA HOSPITAL point, i was requesting to the cleaner/Kushal Bus personnel to arrange somehow or i will reach the Boarding point where they were but in vain, I lost my reserved seat. I have to board some other bus, immdiately and have to travel by seating beside driver of that other bus.
Requesting to the concerned authority to refund my money 585 Rs. Who is resposible to the inconvenience caused ?
This incident caused due to poor management between Abhibus.com and Khushal travels.
