Dear Concerned Supervisor & Manager,
I have booked two one way bus tickets on 07th Sept 2014, through your website for Katyayni tours from Delhi to Shimla, Seat No:19 & 20 in favour of my Wife & Mother scheduled for boarding at 21:30hrs from RK Ashram metro station. Booking ID : TS-ABB10155917UTP
They reached the boarding spot by 20:35 hrs & tried calling the Bus conductor numbers [protected]/ [protected] as given in SMS e-ticket received post booking confirmation. To our surprise, telecall reply received on the first number was "Out of service" and the other number came switched off.
Fearing the possibility of missing the bus, enquiry with the other local bus operators were made but all efforts were in vain. At 21:00 hrs we called up Abhibus customer care number : [protected] to get the driver details.
The situation became more absurd when Mr. Satish from customer care tried calling the Head office of Katayayni tours & was not successful himself in reaching them out. I must highlight the fact, being a service providing entity like yours the contact numbers & details of other providers with whom you are working should atleast be updated & answerable.
As a providers if you are not able to reach the tours operating with you, kindly think the mental & physical status of passengers like ours those who simply get stranded at places where no means of conveyance or others modes were provided
Its a pity, we waited for the bus till 22:10 hrs in such a bad condition & expecting some positive revert from Customer care associate (Mr. Satish) who kept promising to call back.
My family members were completely deserted in the middle of the road at RK Ashram gate.
I continuously, contacted the customer care incharge Mr Satish & Sriniwasan, he too tried calling the Katyayni agent. Mr Satish too face the similar problem she faced. Why do you keep such a irresponsible agents & operators. who can't even keep his mobile on to guide the passenger. Useless agents & Bus operators, .
The persons from customer care kept saying, they will do some arrangement. but nothing happen from you end.
My family members got a chance to seek the help from local policeman on patrolling service as the boarding area was filled up completely with non-social elements around.
its really very very pathetic situation for us with Abhibus website & Katayayni tours. I need you to take strict action on both side.
People at Abhibus.com are not doing any charity service. we are paying you for the service. but irresponsible, unconcern nature of the workers or agents/operators. Money is not all life needs instead safety & security of the passengers relying on service providers like yourself should be top priority.
I want justification & explanation towards the TRAUMA that was faced by both the lady passengers as their safety was compromised due to pathetic & careless operators being appointed. Who would have been responsible if some unfortunate situation would have aroused???? Is this the way you take care of the passengers as customer care persons were also behaving as if it was a routine situation for them..
Mr. Sriniwasan from Abhibus care has assured Refunding of money & detailed explanation of the case & lodged complaint in the system. Complaint number is 210447.
