Hi All,

I have booked a ticket from Abhibus.com on 17th March 2014 from Delhi To Chandigarh.

I called the customer care service repeaedly to get the info of bus but the person sitting on the other side put my call on hold and didn't gave authenticate information.

After waiting for 3 hours on bus stand I got to know that the bus got cancelled. I called Abhibus again to apprise them the situation, instead of helping me in getting the ticket for the other bus they said they can't do anything and noted down my complaint. I've to stand in a queue for another 1 hour(due to heavy rush of Holi) to get my tickets done.

Now start the torture of Abhibus, I called them repeatedly to get my refund processed and every time they said it'll be done in 24 hours. Their 24 hours haven't finished yet. I have spent almost 100rs in calling them, I have a call bill with me.

So it's my humble request to all of you to avoid ABHIBUS.COM as they are fraud and they are not competent enough to provide a resolution.

DON"T book ticket with them. You'll repent.

i booked 3 ticket in srs travels through abhibus.com from nagercoil to chennai on 30th of this month. the amount will be transfered but the ticket is not recerved .i gave complain regarding this to abhibus customer care there is no responce from there side. i gave my mobile no as [protected] and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I booked a bus ticket on 15th Aug for Bangalore to Pune trip dated 28th Aug via Seabird tourist sleeper.
My money got deducted from my account but I did not receive any ticket conformation / failure report. No ticket also provided.
Tried reaching out to customer care through mail and telephone but no response from them.
No support and very bad service.
Request for complete refund of deducted amount.

i reserved a ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada in greenlines travels on 5/04/2014 at 10.15 pm at kukatpally.my PNR is ABRS2841898.Its the worst service of abhi bus & as well as greenline travels..i was called to travels at 10.00pm and they are not responding.. and after that at 10.40pm they simply said the service was cancelled and we are not providing any alternatives.i was waited upto 11 pm for response from abhibus.com and greenline travels.. i am very suffered with your service and forward to my friends in facebook and twitter dont prefer abhibus.com and greenline travels.. i m not satisfying with that one also i dont know procedure to file a complaint in police station or consumer court..

My name is Lavanya from chennai. Since[protected] we was booked bus ticket in AbhiBus.com (Chennai – Coimbatore) and bus service is Leeya Travels. And bus pickup point was they gave some options and we was selected place at Egmore chennai on during ticket booking time. But after one person called us from Leeya travels and he said " they won't come and pick me from at Egmore point and asked me come to Koyambedu Bus stand". then i requested to him " Sir i am single girl and unable to come alone Koyambedu bus stand". Leeya Travels person said '' they will give full refund to you for this ticket and choose other bus". For your refence herewith, i have attached bus ticket. Please check the attachment.
On same day i was contact to AbhiBus customer care and asked full refund. Then gave me one complaint no "215368" and money will credit to booked account within 5 working days. But still i am not receiving money from them. Everyday i have called to Abhibus, but they did give proper response.
I request you, Please help me to receive my money.

I booked a bus tickets(for 2 persons) on 6th Aug for Bangalore to Hyderabad trip dated 14th Aug via Abhibus.com(Diwakar Travels). Service number: DT100A PNR Nos :ABRS3021255, ABRS2021313. My money got deducted from my account and i got Mobile ticket conformation but our names not in their list and driver said bus cancelled which one we booked. Tried reaching out to customer care through mail and telephone but no response from them. No support and very bad service. Request for complete refund of deducted amount.

I had booked paulo travels from mumbai to kolhapur via abhibus.com
When I tried to board the bus, the bus driver said my booking is in another bus. Then i waited for some more time for another bus to come. But it did not. Then I called paulo travels bandra office guy, he said my booking was in the same bus. Then he accepted the mistake and arranged my seats in another bus which came at boarding location at 12.30 am which was scheduled to pick the passengers stuck up at kalamboli due to another bus breakdown of same operator. After hardly 5 mins of journey same bus also got break down.
All passengers waited for some time and when got angry over driver, he simply ran away. There was no response from paulo.
The same complaint i have registered in Abhibus but they are saying that there is response from Paulo travels side.

I searched for Hyderabad to Anaparthi and able to see three travels (Sri Bhargavi Travels, Om Sairam Travels and Megana Travels) on booking page with different fares (520, 750, 560). I booked tickets by chossing Om Sairam travels which is high cost 750 since i thought bus will be very good condition rather than other travels (Sri bhargavi and megana).
I wondered that i got a confirmed message from Abhibus as my Bus is Sri bhargavi Travels however there is no Om Sairam Travels bus operating on that route. The actual cost of sri bhargavi is 520 but Abhibus and Om Sairam travels agents cheating customers by charging Rs 230 extra without operating bus.
Displaying fake name without bus operating on that route and charging customers without noticing the actual operator's name while booking online.
I tried several times to reach customer service but no phone got answered after continues voice message being played.
If they do not show fake name (Om Sairam travels), i would have booked Sri Bhargavi travels (Rs 520) and did not loss Rs 460 on two tickets.

I have attached the similar booking search for 20th Aug where Om Sairam travels is fake name and if you book ticket on that you will receive ticket for Bhargavi travels.
