Dear Sir,

As per attached invoice, an order was placed on 24.05.2020 for Predator 193 FG Shoes. Refund/Replacement was sought since the shoes were not of correct size. The product was returned and confirmed its receipt by adidas.

On 23 June 2020, Team Adidas (Name was not mentioned) informed that returned product failed in quality check process as the product was received ‘’without brand box’’. Quote: We will be unable to process your return/refund request further ’’Unquote.

After many email communications with customer care adidas team, the reply was that it was forwarded to the concerned team .The last mail of adidas was received on 13 Aug 2020.The issue is neither solved nor it was escalated to higher team of adidas.

I would like to submit the following :

1. The product was returned with same packing which was received, and the adidas team courier agency also made video film and said packing is also ok. I asked video film from adidas which was never shared.

2. I asked quality team report which was never shared. It may so happen that the either courier agency did not handed over the same packing or adidas team did not forwarded the same packing to quality check department.

3. I asked phone nos/emails of higher team or management which was never shared till date.

4. While ordering, it was never mentioned what consists of your packing details as to how many pouches or tags, boxes would be there i.e this product also being dispatched with so many packing boxes/tags etc. Your courier agency also did not acknowledge that they have handed over the original packing with details.

In view of above points, I therefore request to please review the status of refund and escalate this issue to higher management.

Please solve this issue within 10 days otherwise I shall be free to take any legal action/Media/online sharing of this issue at your risk and cost.

I ordered a couple of shoes on the 12th september 2020.Order number[protected]. I received the same on the 18th. So far so good.
Of the two pairs, I found one, not to my liking and requested return of the same, immediately.
On the 19th, your representative picked up the material from me. There was acknowledgement from your end for this, like we get it from Amazon or Flipkart.
After waiting for a reasonable period, on the 23rd I contacted your customer care number.
I was informed that there was a lengthy process. The returned material will have to reach your warehouse and it takes a maximum of 7 days. Then after scrutiny to accept the return and authorise refund it will take another 7 working days. This in itself was shocking. Amazon refunds the money without hours after collecting the returns.
Till date, I have been calling them with interval of three days only to listen to the same story. The material has not reached their warehouse and they can do nothing about this.
Kindly advise further course oaf action.
So far I have not received a single mail or call from your end.
Each time I try to call you takes about 30 minuted to speak to your representative.
There is no professional approach.
Hope something will happen at least after this.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased an adidas jacket from the showroom located at JM Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. during the time of purchase they assured me that the jacket is waterproof and it is a rainy jacket but while using it for two days i came to know that the rain water leaks into the jacket through the zip and it gets wet inside from the shoulders. when i complaint about it they agreed that all the those pcs were deffective and its been 3 weeks now they haven't replaced my jacket i visited 3 times to the store and even talked to the Area Sales Manager (Mr. Rochit Bansal) but they did not helped me at all, they are not ready to refund my money and every time i visit the store they say we will call u when we will have the stock and its been 3 weeks now.
pls do let me know what can i do now?

I am going to mention following points of complaint under your kind control. I have purchased Adidas Shoes from Sammati Enterprises SCO 6 Sector 17 E Chandigarh 160017 vide bill no. SC10/774 on 15.04.2010 for Rs. 2699/-. I am sorry to point out that the lower side padding of both the shoes damaged/torn off & front is cracked in just 15 days o[censored]se. I communicate on telephone & lodged complaint with the showroom owner (Sammati Enterprises), whose response was not at all co-operative. He refused to replace the shoes and instead told me that there is no such provision from the company. On repeated request from my side he told me to bring the shoe pair to their showroom to get the shoes repaired and asked me to come after one week. I visit them on 13.07.2010 & gave my shoe pair for repair. After 1 week when I revisit them on 20.07.2010, they handover shoe pair to me & said that this pair was repaired by the company & it is ok now, you will not face any problem with this shoe pair now onwards. But they have done the temporary work on shoes, they have done only gumming on the lower pad & I was totally dissatisfied from their work. When I asked the owner regarding this work he argue loudly. I told him that I will go further to higher authority like consumer court then he frankly says that you can go anywhere & we have no responsibility at all. They behave very badly with me.
Then I took the pair back & start using it. Unfortunately after 3 – 4 days o[censored]se, lower pad damage again & when I spoke to showroom owner on telephone regarding this, they clearly refuse to do any favour & do not cooperate with me. I cannot wear these shoes now. I had spend more than Rs.5000/- & my precious time though I am a research scholar & busy in my research project for these shoes along with its cost by visiting Chandigarh from Hamirpur of Himachal Pradesh. But the net gain is a BIG ZERO for me. Moreover the BIG FUN is that "Gain of spending Rs. 2699/- is ZERO" in ADIDAS Company. I am very shoked with this experience. I can never expect such type of quality product from ADIDAS, whose life is too short (less than 1 month in Rs.2699/-). Since the brand name ADIDAS is having great reputation of their products, I am eager to listen the reply at the earliest. The responses from the shopkeeper happen to be very much shocking so I decided to lodge this complaint through email to have decision at the earliest. Please get my shoes replaced/ refund so that the faith I do have in this company's products remains as it is.
Kindly get into the matter and advise the shopkeeper to replace my shoes or refund the money immediately failing which I shall be compelled to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.
I have full hope that you will do justice to me.

I would like to inform you that i, nirmalya sarkar, purchased a pair of shoes (Rs. 12999/-) from your siliguri city centre showroom on 09/10/2017. Unfortunately, after a few days i found a defeats in it and immediately i informed it to the showroom. They notice the defeats and provide me settlement slip for further communication. For this reasons, they assured me that they will communicate with you. Thou i have communicate with the siliguri city centre showroom through telephone several times. Til the date they did not gove any response.

You are, therefore, requested to consider the matter and provide me a new pair of shoes by changing old one and oblige. Your immediate action will be highly appreciated
