Airtel — Duplicate sim seen registration failed, no network

Hi I had applied for my old sim [protected]. Airtel employee in Malakpet (name- nisar) said they can give post paid for activation of my sim card. i have asked to add my local address for my postpaid bill as it is my current address. But they have not added and not responding properly.
Pls update my local address to chaitanyapuri

I have told Associate (Nisar) in malakpet branch but he forgot to do as he is busy at that time. Ignored my words. already said to update chaitanyapuri.. First time did but aadhar not verified then after second time aadhar verified he told after sim activation also we can do. But now he said i did not said todo any update at the sim verification time which is not true.
Now my local address i want in my post paid airtel bill
I got this number 3 years back but still I get calls from people asking for Pardeep. Mpaytm app also shows this number registered on some Pardeep.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & resolve it ASAP.

This is to bring to your notice, As we the people of Dalgaon jaldhaka which is located under the dist of Kalimpong are being facing by an internet issues from very long time in which so many peoples, students, Private workers and many govt employees are facing a problem during this covid of 2nd phase, Every single thing is running from home, Online classes, online examinations and online work from home are being going.
In this cases the Airtel network has not being working Properly as so many customers are being faced by this issues.
Therefore, we request you to look on this matter on a priority.

Warm welcome! We are using your services for very long period.. But for the past 6 months we are facing many problems.. Eventhough we have a data of 2gb per day we can’t able to use those facility as ur network is dead slow and signal problem.. We are almost now dissatisfied with ur services.. Plz take some action and provide us good network connections.
I tried to send port message to 1900 from my Airtel number by using format – PORT [protected]. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to Airtel customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn’t find any reasons why port messages wouldn’t be delivered. Please help
I had requested for airtel xstream broadband connection on 17th may 2021 and made the payment online. they promise to service their customers within 24hrs.
but, I did not get any response from airtel team until 21st may and on 21st may i got a SMS stating that the connection request cannot be processed and the payment is not refunded to my account.
My sim shows no network service after recharge and validity available. Tried to contact customer care, many emails were drafted etc. No response. That number is been used since last 10 years..the airtel number is [protected].
I did a recharge for my wife through my airtel app.the payment was initiated through paytm.the money has been already deducted as the photo attached from Paytm clearly shows that the airtel bank has successfully received the payment.but my recharge has not been done yet.all the services has been discontinued.this is not at not tolerable.see to this asap.
Over the past several months I have requested your customer care to send me my bills to my registered email ID ([protected]@gmail.com), however your company insists on sending the email to my work email which is NOT MY REGISTERED ID.
Kindly correct this immediately as I will soon stop getting emails on this ID.
There after it will not be possible to pay you, unless ofcourse you start sending the bills correctly.
