I ordered a tshirt from Ajio.com and was not satisfied with the product so I requested for return and the product was picked up on 30th June, 2021 but after more than 1 week it’s still showing “out for pick up” in the ajio app.
Money was deducted order not placed, order not showed, ordered confirmation not message, refund my money in paytm payment bank account, I order my I’d pay through paytm upi id another account, money deducted, order not placed, resolve immediately, this is again problem recently double time
I made transcation on july 1st 2021 using gpay transaction was succesful but order failed .the amount got debited from my account.I have attached the proof of the Transaction.i tried to contact them but no response.i mailed them no reply mail
I received my order without price tags and not when I returned the product, the pick up agent refused to take it back.

Worst customer care support.
I ordered two packs, each containing 2 kurtas (product code:[protected] and[protected]. Each pack/item has to contain two kurtas. But when I received the shipment on 6th July 2021, there is only 1 pack of 2 kurtas[protected]. The missing item is a pack of 2 kurtas, product code:[protected]. The shipping id is S[protected] and the order id is FL[protected]. I have been trying to reach the customer care through phone and email ([protected]@ajio.com) and no one attended the call or responded to my emails. I hope Ajio takes action to ship the missing item or make a refund. The AJIO app should have the facility to report the item missing in the shipment. Please take action at the soonest.
I am attaching the picture of the item received in the shipment (only 1 pack of 2 kurtas).
I placed an order of rupees worth 2705.96 rupees via google pay
The amount has been deducted but I haven’t received the order ID or order confirmation.
I have contacted customer care via the app but no response
Either refund the money or initiate the order
I have placed my order on 24th if june, and had requestd for return. The very next day they collectd the product and said that regund will be initated by 3-5 working days. I have been waiting since long and even the date mentioned by AJIO is done but I haven’t got my refund! This is really very disappointing!
Can’t even talk call the customer care as they just have a dew FAQs adn that doesn’t resolve any of our issues!

I placed order in ajio. But one order already cancelled. Another one is too delay. I paid online payment also.
I have paid an amount of 3182 through debit card on July 2 but later cancelled the order.Still the refund amount is not credited to my account.please look into it and refund my amount ASAP.
I got my order delivered on 30 june, as I did not like the product I requested for return. On 1st july my order got picked up by the delivery agent. Still the status on the app is showing its out for pickup and I haven’t received my refund yet.
