I have been trying to purchase my first ever purchase on ajio app .. But product has gone out of Stock at the same time .my UPI app (google pay ) is showing successful transaction and saying the ajio merchant have received the money.
My transaction I’d[protected] to [protected]@paytm merchant.
Plz help me out and refund my money
I have placed an order in Ajio which was failed and the amount debited from my account. I had to pay again to re order.
I have emailed to the customer care. However still I haven’t received the refund.
Payment date -1st July
Payment mode – Debit card
Payment amount -2854.60
I ordered three items from ajio today. Money has gotten deducted through Google pay but the orders haven’t been placed. Kindly look into the matter.
I placed an order in Ajio on 05/07/2021 and paid an amount of 1374 through credit card. My money got deducted but order is not confirmed. I can still those items in BAG. Tried reaching customer care through call but it’s not connecting. They are not responding to mails.
I need my money to be refunded or my order should be confirmed

While making payment for my order, the amount of Rs.1559.21 got debited from my account however the order didn’t get placed. Please place the order or reverse my amount immediately.

The amount has been paid but the order hasn’t been confirmed. Highly disappointing that ajio doesn’t even have a good customer care which can resolve this.
