On 3/8/21 i ordered through UPI. Money is debited but i didn’t get any order confirmation mail/ sms. Plz refund my money asap

Wrote to Ajio customer care but no response since 3 days.
Tried placing another order worth Rs.946.
Amount got deducted but the order wasn’t placed. Please refund the entire amount or place the order.
Had Rs 538.60 in ajio cash and 61 ajio points, after returning a defective product.
The entire amount got deducted along with an additional payment of 346.40 from UPI.
Please refund my money or place the order.
I had ordered 4 items from Ajio on 2nd August 2021 at around 12 noon. The amount was debited from my account but confirmation has not been sent by Ajio. I haven’t received any confirmation via email or as on the orders tab of my ajio account. I have tried emailing and calling the helpline center but I have received no response. Please do the needful immediately.

My 2765 rs are deducted but order is not placed. this is so wrong. and pathetic customer service it’s been 10 min I’m waiting for my call to be picked up.
Order product on 30th June 2021 and they promised to deliver on 09 July but till now I haven’t received the product.
I had sent a written complaint to [protected]@ajio.com and grievance.[protected]@ajio.com . They responded to my email that the product is returned back to the warehouse so for this case they have to refund my payment amount.
They said before 3rd August I will get my money back and today is the 4th August no email or response from them.
