Internet connection gets disconnected on daily basis and it gets solved after 4 to 5 hours. I have asked help from local operators but they cannot stop that from happening. I have lodged numerous service tickets in android app but that too cannot provide any permanent solution.
It feels very annoying and cheated for paying for the whole month and everyday using jio mobile wifi.

I havent faced a problem like this in my 10 years of service from alliance until last couple of months. Please provide me a solution.

Not open the login page, complain several time but the guy 1st time told : lokking for this 2) now lunch time 3) raining 4) after 4 : pm 5) not pick up, now time 5:42 pm, same problem.
Look, service are very poor not taken as a professionally but calculate 30 days for recharge is very professionalism, give proper service to the customer

The first day the internet was in its best condition.. No packet loss…
After a month it began… I had 80mbps plan.. I was recieving 30 mbps.
I called them up and informed them, it took them 2 days to fix it. The internet was back to normal again for 7 days… Again it began… I again informed them. They fixed it again… Again after 12 days it began, this time i was having 10 mbps speed and extreme packet loss, i informed them.. They fixed it, i was recieving full speed but i had packet loss… Its still there, they are telling me that they will fix it..

Cant they fix the problem permanently? Packet loss is very annoying!
I am not satisfied by the service alliance is providing, its very reluctant!!!
I really want my issue to be fixed at the earliest possible!

Hello there!
My internet is no working for the last month and i have subscribed for two connection.
One connection was not working for a month and now my home connection has also stop working for the past weeks. I had requested to the local operators also but it seems to me that they are no much serious about the services.
I am really really unsatisfied with the connection now. No wonder why i opted for the alliance broadband.
I would b pleased if there would b support from the other end.

Alliance id pankaj18_scn, since last monday to till this time almost 10days i don't have internet connection. Contacted to alliance help line and also local service provider but they are reluctant to solve the issue and this is not the first instance every other day there are some issues about internet connection. I found that i am not the only one in my locatily who is having this issue, everyone alluance are moving to some other service provider because of your poor service.. I have decided to move to consumer forum as all my calls regarding this issue has been recorded.

Today at about 1.13 pm I lodged a complaint about non availability of internet connection, docket no being 9407. Till this moment no one has visited my home to set it right.
Every Sunday and on holidays when the client needs the connection the most the local service provider, Dolon Communication by name, stops the connection. They do not care to take any phone call. When I complain to the Alliance helpline they promise to look into the matter but in vain. This has become a regular affair.
Last month also this thing happened.
This is purposeful violation of the customer's right to get pre paid service.

I had subscribed the Zoom+ pack which costs around Rs.770. I resides at Baguiati. I paid the entire money to my local cable operator on monthly basis but the thing I am noticing that earlier i.e., on 2016 the year I took broadband connection such problems didn't happen, but in this year 2019 right from February most of the days no connection problem arising.

It sustains for more than 2-3 days per month even. I complained to Alliance broadband customer care also, but they are fully ignorant to solve the problem. They advised me to call local cable operator but the scenario still remains same. I am just at a loss. Ping test also fails in case of local cable operator. I want complete solution to the problem. I am paying for this, it is hard earned money, so here service provider is not giving anything free of cost.

Since last 3 days we don't have internet connection we re trying to call the local operators to fix the problem but they are not responding to our calls. We have also tried to contact the behala branch of alliance they also didn't fixed the problem. If they don't fix the problem within 24 hours i am going to disconnect this line.

From last month i. E. From 3rd august there is no internet connectivity in our home and we are facing lost of issues, we also intimated and raised complaints several times over phone & emails with customer care executive & service provider but till dates no positive response has been received from their side, about when will be our connection will get restore. For your reference complaint no: 3182 have been registered with alliance broadband on 4th august 2019. We are using alliance broadband service from last more than 1 year, previously also we faced this type of issues and had raised complaints over phone with customer care executive, although their representatives had tried to solve the issue but the problems always start again after couple of days thereafter. We already paid 4500/- for connection at start and also 580/- rental for the month august-2019 (Connection stopped – we did't used) we need your help to get our money refunded (4500+580 = 5080) and service need to be stopped permanently with the removal of connection cables from our house as we are no more interested in using this broadband service.

Before a month i was given 1000 rupees to airtel service guy for broadband connection but now no one picking up my call mr parul verma was dealing with me for this. And he is not picking up my call now i want to solve my this problem. I really bad experience with this guy name is parul verma i want my money back with all papers. Cause i don't want to share my any paper with airtel company.
