Please see the trail mail hope you can clearly understand that 6 days over till now my issued not resolved why i don't know???
Also today i have spoken with miss. Reema and she said the whole order will deliver by today but after delivered the order mi smart band 4 (Black) was missing from the packet another item also received. The whole order was delivered at the same time at 3:40 pm and two delivery boy has assigned with my order, one is 'bike' and one is 'chota hati'. Also, i ask the delivery boys for the confirmation 'whole order has delivered'?
After opening the packet i see that mi smart band 4 was missing from the packet, then i try to call to delivery boy 5 to 7 times but its no response their end, i quickly called customer support in the evening and spoken with your executive regarding my missing item miss. Kiran, mr. Pratik and lastly speak with mr. Yogesh pandian totally rudely behavior with me why i don't know??? He did not understand my issue also he said 'we have already compensated to me rs.500'. After 7 pm i have tried to contact the delivery boy and speak with station master maybe mr. Navin, he said 'sir please raised a ticket from my side but unfortunately there no option to raise a ticket from my end.
Also, speak with @xiaomi customer support mr. Md. Ayan, mr. Sanjay patel, and mr. Sourav majih (Manager) but they did not get my solution.
Is there a right wat to speak with a customer? To my surprise, customer care people said, they can’t do anything about the missing item? What the hell man?
It is very disappointing that i have to write this letter to you. *what i am looking for against my complaint???
Always thought amazon has a benchmark customer support but it is no better than other online shopping sites.

Please look into the matter and coordinate with amazon where was my item, why did not dispatch this item from amazon warehouse after one week over whole products has reshipped and delivery delay and finally item was missing.
At this moment what should i do?
I m going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.
I have spoken with mr. Yogesh pandian as a team manager and he did not know about how to speak with a valuable customer, he did not understand my filling, my problem also he said 'we will already provide rs. 500 to my gift card. It's not the right way. I'm very disappointed about that.
I am sure amazon india is not customer-centric.
Here, i can be attached only 12 items that i received without mi smart band 4 (Black)
Note: — here i am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness. About the fraudulent works done by the total amazon team. Please escalated this matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
And the external quality department and waiting for your resolution.
A lot of times people are cheated because of a lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.
Please arrange the call back from a higher escalation team so that i can discuss it with them also they did full-fill their commitment.
Please audit this call from the external quality team as soon as possible resolve this matter and arrange a call back higher escalation team immediately.
