Above order I have placed on dt 14 Feb 2021 which was same day delivery on the occasion of valantine day. Order includes 1 rose bouket and cake of Rs. 1990 which one have paid same day.
But I have not received any item from my order same day, even cake is still undelivered. And the bouket I have received on 22 Feb 2021 in the night.
What the worst service, and I tried your heldesk but it’s helpless and closing my complain ticket without reply.
So kindly refund the amount of Rs. 1990 as soon as possible.

My Order number is AL[protected], which I order on 7th March 2021, It didn’t received the destination on time.
When I called next day, the customer care person said that they will delivered on same day before 8:00 PM.
However, it didn’t even received next to next day.
When I called customer care center, he started with an abusive language.

This is rediculous and disturbing Customer Care center.
I need my refund and possibly a solution to rediculous Customer Center

They accepted money from me against an order with a pre-determined delivery date but even after 10 days of due date i received 1 response out of 3 requests for information on my order. All i received was an automated email response acknowledging ticket has been created on mailing to their helpdesk. They have stopped replying on the ticket since then. I had no clue the once famed archies have turned out to be fraudsters only accepting money into their bank account without any action. All their call contacts have closed as well. How will i get my money back? Why is nobody raising a voice against it in public domain?? Please help. This is the order reference number: AL[protected]

I ordered wrong product and also i’ve made the payment but when i tried to cancel my order same day.. There’s no response from archies team.. I’ve tried my best to reach out through twitter, mail and customer care number but there’s not even single response from archies end.. My order number is al[protected]… I swear i’m not going to place any order from archies and i’ll ask my fellows not order from archies as they cheated me.

Order booked for same day delivery but never got delivered. All incoming calls to helpline number[protected] is barred, no response from [protected]@archiesonline.com. Order status never got updated. Feeling cheated. I need refund/my money back.

I placed an order as a surprise gift on an anniversary which was suppose to be 18th November, 2020. I was expecting the delivery to be done on the same date.

I am highly disappointed by the delay in delivery and I’m not interested to receive it on a later date. In this regard, I request to cancel my order and process refund of the payment amount.

I ordered Red Velvet Fruit Punch Cake and Passion Of Roses on Dec 9th 2020 for my sister birthday on Sunday Dec 13th 2020. And it supposed to deliver on Sunday Dec 13th 2020. But they didn’t deliver. I send so many emails for follow up and refund as well. They are not at all replying to my messages. I request please close this online business of Archies.
