I’m anand i book flat in alliance project omr padur
On february, i have payed rs.50000/- as advance payment for studio apartment due my personal reasons i cancelled the flat and ask for refund, they told me that u will only rd.30000 refund, rs.20000 will not get back, it it’s my fault i accept it but still now i’m asking no response from them, im sending mail every day but no response from them, kindly help to the refund amount.

Dear sir,

I’m arun.

I have given rs.25k for eoi (Express of interest) on their upcoming siruseri project in alliance at may 2019.

Not sure how they are collecting money from us without getting proper approvals (Rera etc..) from government.

Due to some fake promise from sales person and other reasons i have asked them to cancel eoi – refund amount immediately as promised.

No proper response from them for even cancellation process.

Kindly help us to get our money fully refunded within 15 days.

Note:- alliance team promised if we don’t like this project we will refund eoi full amount immediately.

Hi all,

I booked one unit at thirumazisai project on 16th september. And due to financial crisis, i have asked for advance refund as part of cancellation procedure on 9th october along with sending cancellation mail.
As per thier process, they said it will take 45 days of time to settle. But until now i have not received my refund. It is almost 80 days.
I am not supportive for refund process from the sales person. Even the crm is not responding well to my grievance raised.
I don’t find any proper chanel to escalate this issue.
Does any one knows their higher end officials to make a complaint. Please share their mail id. I am finding difficult to find out their higher officials mail id.

I am rajagopal booked flat in alliance urbanrise million carats padur, initial advance payment of 50k done on march month 2019 for g 12a20-, due to some office situation unable to continue, i have informed the my cancel request on 31st may 2019 to dharmendra ([protected]) and sabari ([protected]), however i have received the mail from saravanan d saravanan. [protected]@urbanrise.in | deputy manager – crm | mobile:+91 [protected] shalini. [protected]@urbanrise.in – stating that final reminder – g 12a20 for booking, again i was replied the same mail about cancelation information and as per commitment made between the urbanrise and me in 120 days amount will be refunded back. Till now there is no response from those people, sending mail on mail, in phone discussion on chennai office executives with those people they said, “we will return back the money within one month because request is in under progress”. But there is no response, i was keep on following with helpdesk and sivaprasath ([protected]) and again he committed, will get the refund amount on or before 2nd week of december month but no luck, whenever calling to sivaprsath informed to me will get amount on friday, i have waited for more than 5 fridays no luck. Here i have attached mail conversion and sivaprasath call history.

Very worst customer service doesn’t rely on those people. I want get back my amount asap.

I am not sure if writing an email here will help. Booked a property in galleria residences in 2017. Sales team assured delivery is dec 2018 (I have emails stating october 2018) and also gave a pre_emi offer validating interest waiver till dec 2018. At time of signing agreement, after making booking amount of 10 lakhs, they claim it is interest subvention and not waiver and till date i. E. May 2020 they have not delivered property. They have collected money upfront 90% a year and a half back and the customer support always give false promises, they dont confirm anything on email.
Facebook customer support, no use
Writing to bangalore & chennai team – no support except for false promises again and again
Writing to board of directors – not accessible
Writing to their investors – no support
Large companies like this have shameful support systems and no transparency of line of operations.

Dear sir, i have made the home booking in alliance group in jameen pallavaram alliance galaria project on last year nov 2019 and paid rupees 1 lac by card swipe condition to refund 100% if any cancellation before agreement sign off. Later in the month of feb2020 i have cancelled my booking due to my personal reason and requested them to repay my booking amount 100% as per the initial booking.

Subsequently their crm team also confirmed by email for refunding my amount 100% by 90 days time before apr20.

As of now almost 4 months over they have not refunded my money and no proper commitment from their side and no reply.

They already resumed their office post lock down on last month may20 and not taking any action on my request.

I have sent the continues followup emails but no response from their side.

I request your support to get my refund from them.

I purchased Villa No 562 from Alliance in phase 2 during mid of July. During the time I booked 562 sales guys (Dinesh & Pravin) & CRM(Princy) promised that Villa will be handed over during December 2020 (Saying this they have already collected 90% of the fund during September itself but my property is at the same stage which was at during the booking so 0% improvement until today)
For this they gave me a reason as Covid (I did booking during Covid only and they promised December handover) still I accepted it professionally

I approached them for Villa swapping from 562 to 454 accepting the GST charges (5%) but I didn’t got any proper response and they told me there will be a huge amount charged for villa swapping. When I asked why but sales guys spoke rudely and even CRM(Princy) played with us for 15 days saying swapping done and she called us yesterday and informed that she couldnt book 454 for us and some times she spoke rudely when we asked for update.

Already phase 1 people registered complaints regarding the alliance rude behavior, construction & water quality in google review, I raised a concern regarding this but CRM people convinced me and I agreed because I have already paid 90% and dont want to take risk.

Now my concern is just for a villa swapping they are speaking this much rude and not keeping their promises, In future staying under their maintenance and in their locality looks dangerous to me, I told them to cancel my booking and refund entire amount.
I have to fight with them for the refund looks like because they wont give easily and will speak rudely, otherwise I have to approach legally to get back my money.

Based on my experience they will give importance to new buyers but not to the existing buyers.

Hi,

I booked and apartment on alliance galleria, on agreement that if my family does not approve of the project I will not proceed.

Per agreement from Mathivathana the AGm of Alliance Galleria, on such cancellation, the amount shall be refunded in full in 30 days of time.

I initiated the cancellation on september 22 2020, after a lot of toying from Leena and team, and repeated follow ups, I could a get an acknowledgment on Oct 29 2020. Post which the cheque should have come in November 2020 the least, but the team still toyed me and finally heard from Leena after repeated 2 months of follow up on January stating Balu Dilipan will be able to release the cheque on Jan 29 2021.

The cheque was not released and no information given to again, and after repeated follow up. Balu dilipan gave a commitment to call on[protected]:00 PM, which I did not get. So If I call back, instead of answering the phone is turned offf.

this is the unmost unprofessional experience I am facing. Can anybody tell me with date, when my cheque will be released.

Sir,

I visited Padur Project (Apartments, Survey no: 451/1, Padur Village, Old Mahabalipuram Rd, beside The Gem Grove, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103) o[censored]rbanrise, Chennai by reference through Mr. Swaroopan o[censored]rbanrise, on 26.1.2021.

The sales team, Mr.Moses, Sales person, and Mr. Dharmendar, Sales officer, forced me to pay Rs.one lac as token advance though I told I didn’t have money, and at last they made me to pay Rs.40000 (credit card payment) as token advance against flat no.H1115 in Padur, Project. The very next day, I informed them to cancel the booking due to personal reasons, and requested to repay Rs.40000/-. I have several times requested Mr.Moses and Mr.Dharmerder through whatsapp and personal calls. Later they informed me that I should write to Mr.Sivasankar, CRM in Kotturpuram office, chennai, who can only process my refund request. As the CRM didn’t respond to me email, dated 5.2.2021 (sivashankar.[protected]@urbanrise.in) I managed to talk to him over phone. But the CRM told he didn’t have any papers forwarded from Sales office and approach Sales team again requesting them to send the approval for cancellation. As per his guidance I wrote a detailed letter to Mr. Dharmendar, through Mr. Moses, email id (on 6.2.2021 @mosesraja.[protected]@urbanrise.in as Mr. Dharmender refused to give me either his phone number or email id). All my efforts all these days around 100 days, Sales team didn’t respond to my calls.

Again I met Mr. Sivashanakar and Mr. Vignesh of CRM team and they assured me that they would approach the Sales Team and get the approval. But it seems the Sales Team don’t respond to their request too, and so the CRM is now asking me to get the approval from Sales Team., else refund process won’t be initiated by them.

I regret to say that shuttling the customers from CRM to Sales Team and back is totally unfair, on the part o[censored]rbanrise. Moreover the sales team have never booked the flat H1115 in my name but collected the token advance of Rs.40000/-, never gave a receipt for the amount paid too, even after my cancellation of booking, don’t bother to intimate the same to CRM, to process my refund request, also.

Since
i) Urbanrise just collected the amount of Rs.40000/-
ii) never took any initiative to book the flat H1115 in my name
iii) booked the same flat H1115 in just a couple of days to another person by collecting Rs.1 lakh.
iv) since its almost 100 days over (from 26.1.21)

I request the competent authority to look into the matter, instruct the Sales Team to send the approval if any to CRM, and refund me within one week, the full amount of Rs.40000/-, paid to Urbanrise on 26.1.2021.

I booked my house in the year May 2006 at Super city, Bareilly with a agreemnet to get the possession in 18 months with Alliance Builders and Contractors Ltd.. But till date 04.08.2012, i am still waiting for completion of my house.
