I have ordered mobile from amazon on 21st january and cancelled on 23rd january for amount 42999 / – and requested for refund. But i didn't got any refund from indian bank,,, in amazon customer care they are telling we have refunded on 23rd it will be credited within 5 to 6 business days,,,, but still today (6th february) i didn't got any refund,, please solve this problem immediately. Ordered lakme nail polish and lakme nail polish remover worth of 196 from amazon india on 20 january 2020. But due to delivery issue by seller the product didn't delivered and cancelled in mid way. The product shipped by "blue dart" courier. Courier service does not ship in this area. So it's cancelled. Amazon india did refund on 26 january 2020 but didn't reflect in my bank account. Today is 10 day from refund date.

On amazon india, i had placed an order of 1 kg jar of dabur chyavanprash, on 3rd jan 2020. Today the order received and found that inside the parcel 500 gm jar instead of 1kg jar!

Tried to contact helpline but did not get any support.
The jar is sealed. Need help to get replacement of jar as per order place.. Please help.

Dear Sir,

It is seriously disappointing from the Amazon sellers, as they have shipped rotten apples and carrots, beetroot . I live in Middle East and my old parents are in India. I placed the order for apples, carrots, and beetroot which was very expensive from amazon. After they have open the order all the things were ROTTEN.

I want immediate action on my issue, and please return my money back. I ask my parents to send all the pictures I will file another complaint once I have the more pics.

I ordered skullcandy set sport wired in-earphone with mic (Gray/speckle/miami) on 8th jan 2020, when i got the product, i tested it, and it was not working right side speaker.

I was asked for a replacement order and then got a replacement product on 13 january 2020, at which time i got the skullcandy headphone, but with its completely different color and different model.

I contacted amazon cs team, they made a return request, the product was picked up on 14 january 2020, amazon executive checked the product thoroughly and then he picked up the product.

I have not received a refund yet, i have attached the image below. Please try to take quick action on this issue.

I was asked for a replacement order and then got a replacement product on 23 january 2020, at which time i got the completely different brand, different color and different model. Its look like used headset also.

I contacted amazon cs team, they made a return request, the product was picked up on 24 january 2020, amazon executive checked the product thoroughly and then he picked up the product.
