I’m booking a tiket anakapallibypass to guntur on 20/2/2021 night 8:40pm bus timing …I have msg from Rtc .. contact details are not working operator phone number is an out of service..there is no phone call from bus operator ..I’m called customer care from their side also no details about operator ..how I can catch my bus on heavy traffic on anakapalli bypass road . . after 1hr I catch the bus. Asked to driver why u are not calling to me. They said my no not working, &asked another operator has another phone. At least u can call me that phone or other passinger phone u can use . .bus drivers has irresponsibility on their Duty..I’m a young person&educated so no problem..other wise old people, uneducated ladies what they can do that situation..every time RTC bus booking time feels unhappy…I want explanation & take an action on bus operator .my phone [protected]

I had booked tickets for 3 members, journey is from Lb nagar, hyd to vijayawada, journey date is 03.01.2021. But i was cancelled the tickets on 30.12.2020.
Till now i didn’t get refund amount and i had already submit the complaint against this issue though i received no response..

The refunded amount is Rs 1971/- which id not a small amount to me..

Hoping that it will be solved soon.

Attempt to book the ticket on 23rd February 2021(Date of Booking), to travel on 26th February 2021 (Date of Journey) using https://www.apsrtconline.in/ was failed.

However, the amount of Rs 479 was debited from my bank account and paid to APSRTC but the ticket booking status shows as failed.

The transaction was done through Internet Banking of ICICI and I spoke to the customer care of ICICI bank and they informed me that the debited amount would be reflected into my bank account within 7 days.

But it did not happened till today.

Tried to ask when the bus starts as it is waiting with neither driver and conductor to asked the guy who is manager for depot and he responded in a very rude way, no wonder people prefer private travels then a government provided service.
Pity you all uneducated managers in all APSRTC depot hope you all ignorant old educated illiterates retire and pave a road for younger generation

I had booked a bus from Hyderabad to kadapa
Amaravati A/c
and was boarding at kphb colony
Boarding time was 8 40 . I called the driver and told him that I was on the way and reached within 5 mins. The driver started abusing me and harassing me . I told him I was sorry for coming late but he continued arguing and abusing. And both the conductor and driver are not wearing masks.
Because of ppl like these we have a surge in corona cases .

Hi sir/madam.. My complaint was on bus conductor (lady) and driver..as I’m travelling from ravulapalem bustand to Ramachandrapuram.. it is an ordinary bus from ravulapalem to kakinada..I took a ticket from lady conductor and she didn’t returned change to me..she done same thing with other passengers also..she is taking full amount from passengers and not giving change to anyone..if we ask for change, she is saying take change after last Stop.. Is this the way u trained to ur employees..such a worst behaviour from her.. speaking badly and rudly with co-passengers and driver stopping bus only in few stops.. I asked name but she didn’t told to me and driver talking call and driving bus..for ur reference I’m sending ticket photo.. please look into this seriously and take sevier action on them.. I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver – driving vehicle no. AP31Z0312 on Palakol- Bhimavaram road leading to Srugharuksham railway gate around 06.05 P.M (24th February 2021), Overtaking from the right side inspite of heavy traffic(before nearly 15 vehicles before my car) and hit my car and the rash driving by the APSRTC driver has resulted in scratch and dent to my Vehicle (Swift Dezire 2020). Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off.

I chased and vehicle and caught him at Bhimvaram bus deport, he was arrogantly replying i have hit ur car and we cant do anything now, accidents are common on roads why are u taking seriously, you can’t do anything against on me.

Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action against the driver. and I’m pretty sure to say that he is not to suitable for RTC Bus driver due to Too Rash and Dangerous driving and highly arrogant with his mistakes.

I came and sat on a empty seat having it’s No.27. Which is non reserved, the conductor of the bus hit me, harassed me, tried pushing me out of the bus in the middle of no where & used many harsh words. & my right hand started bleeding.
I have attached my ticket for proof of travel.
Offence done:

1. Manhandled passenger on duty.
2. Used harsh words in front of Co-Passengers on duty.
3. Hit the passenger on duty.

I Dr.C.M.Ravi kumar, booked a ticket from Kurnool to Tirupati on 1/2/21 reference ticket number is[protected].
I was waiting at bus stand since 12 am, I called up customer service at 12:20 am to enquire about the bus location. The customer service person said that bus will come so you wait till 12:30
I have waited till 12:40 am, but bus didn’t come.
I again called up the customer service, they asked me to enquire in enquiry counter at bus stand.
I enquired in enquiry counter, they have said the bus will come at 1:05 am, but bus didn’t come till 1:10 am
I again called up the customer service care, and asked about bus, they asked me to give my mobile number so that they will discuss the matter with enquiry person. Then the enquiry person is said that bus will come.
I waited till 1:30 am but bus didn’t come
I again called up customer care number then again they discussed with enquiry person and said that the service is cancelled.
They asked me to go by 2am service bus
At 2:10 am the bus didn’t come, the 2am bus driver said that he didn’t come to bus stand he has straight away left Kurnool by bypass road without coming to bus stand
At 2:15 am the enquiry person has said that I cannot do anything now u arrange ur own alternative or go by 5am Tirupati service.
So instead of wasting time I took a bus to Kadapa by buying a new ticket thinking that I can reach Tirupati at least by 10 or 11 am
In the whole context, because of apsrtc I and brother had to wait 2:15 am thinking that bus will come
APSRTC has given a lot mental pressure and has wasted our valuable time
Without any prior intimation apsrtc has cancelled the bus service which I have booked
I want you to take action on the concerned authorities and pay compensation for the cancellation of service without prior intimation
I expect u to take action on paper and intimate me through my Gmail [protected]@gmail.com
I[censored] fail to take action on the concerned authorities I’ll have to deal it with u by filing a case in court against apsrtc, kindly don’t handle this with recklessness.
I don’t want any other passenger to suffer from this type of inappropriate cancellation of bus service without prior intimation.
If passengers doesn’t reach on time u will go away leaving the passenger behind
If we come on time and i[censored] cancel the service without prior intimation what shall we do? for this, apsrtc should only give an explanation.
At 9:15 am on 1/2/21 I get a message that apsrtc is regreted to inform that service number 5673 is cancelled. I don’t know what apsrtc is doing when they have the customer mobile number with them
Can’t apsrtc inform 1 hour priory so that the passenger can look for alternative things.
This is totally a worse negligent action from apsrtc. They are just sending a message of regret and washing of their hands or washing of their mistake saying that money will be refunded
The authorities concerned in the apsrtc have taken passengers for granted and casually and behaving with lot of negligence.
Only refund won’t be sufficient for this negligence, I expect compensation and strict action on the concerned authorities, failing which I’ll have to handle this in court against apsrtc.
This should set an example so that from next time onwards u will intimate the passengers before hand.
