Membrane replacement done & invoice provided in Sep2020 but membrane worked only for 1 month & technician confirmed that there is problem with membrane & needs to be placed for only filtering 500 litres??? Membrane from AO smith is pathetic & also what abot the durability after paying 2100 for membrane. is the product defect or the servicemen installed the duplicate/used membrane??

The invoice states that the membrane is having warranty of 1 year . After repeated calls i am unable to get quick response from AO smith customer care & technician. Based on the invoice copy i am raising the consumer complaint & the problem is not solved from past1 month.

This is the repetitive problem for which the technician has changed the RO membrane but after changing the membrane & all the filters like sediment, Carbon, ART, RO membrane, 2 solenoid valves replaced, Flow restrictor changed, pipes changed twice & charged almost 7000 rs for parts & labour above 1000 which is excessive & also service is pathetic ( Invoice copies attached ). From past one month calling customer care & i am not getting support from AO smith & also from the technician which is pathetic from US company.??!!!

I purchased AO smith water heater HSE-SES25LTR on 07/11/2015 at Adishwar Electro world Rajajianagar bangalore – Bill number[protected] at price 11800 Rs. As part of the offer i was suppose to get additional panel. After repeated follow up and making number of calls to AO smith as well Adishwar still i am not getting it. Now they want me to pay additional 300 RS to get this panel. Till now i would have spent 200rs call charge. They are cheating the customer on the offer provided. Customer service can't help us and they don;t have clue.

I am really frustrated with your product…, please see my points below..

1) i purchased your product at premium cost (Other products like aquaquard, kent, livepure cheap than your product)
2) i purchased amc for first year (This is contradicting your first year warranty, because filter are dying 2 times a year but you are not covering under warranty)
3) my filters got damaged 2 times, the amc covers only 6 filters, but total filters damaged are 9 (2 times scpa and 1 time ro, total 9 filters)
4) so i have to spend 1000 more for additional 3 filters as your amc only covers 6 filters
5) that means in the first year i have to spend around amc (2300) + 1000 total 3300 in the first year
6) so your product is not working for at lest 1 year or your warranty is not covering filters, then y guys calling warranty
7) so, you simply cheating customers and selling unstable products
Please help me in my case otherwise i will take this to next level and help the customers by covering filters at least for first year under warranty.

Waiting for your reply and help in quick time as my amc is getting expired very soon.

I brought the ao smith geyser last year. It has a warranty of 3 years.
I have an issue with geyser, i am just getting air from the tap, when i called the customer care, they are saying they wont provide the service in nalgonda, telangana (508001). Better to contact your local plumber. Now please help me then what is the use of warranty when they cannot provide the service

I purchased ao smith water heater online on 28/12/2017 and made full payment. Order no 78361. Customer care deptt is not able to track this order. I have written emails to the official email id of ao smith, got reply that the concerned team will get back to me with info. Sadly this did not happen. Nor the product arrived as of now 09/01/2018. Pathetic attitude of customer care. They just keep on asking customer's details 5 -6 times but dont give any information about the status of order. Cannot track this order is the standard reply after wasting customer's time.

I have not yet received the Safety Valve & Drain Pipe along with the Water Heater. I have paid the money in cash to Ganguly Hardware Stores before Delivery. The Plumber persons has came from Ganguly Hardware along with the Water Heater & they have install the Heater. Being a layman I was not aware of the fact that Safety valve & drain pipe has to be there. Few days befor there was a power cut & I vae book the call. Your Engr.Mr. Joydeep has attend the call & he has ask me for the Safety Valve & Drain Pipe. Then I have came to know. the fact.

I complain this matter to my supplier Ganguly Hareware Stores. But they don't bother about the problem even after repeted reminder also.

So pls. help me & deliver the Safety Valve & Drain Pipe. Hope I can expect good service from you.

I bought Aosmith x7 water purifier on March 29 2017 and it is installed on March 30 from day one of drinking the water am having throat infection followed by high fever even my entire family suffered of it including my 3 months old son finally i decided tobput a stop and called customer care on April 13 and explained problem when the technician came and storage tank of the purifier the quality of the water is as attached pics when i try to talk with company representatives they said they are least bothered about customer health and do whatever i want in a threatening way, In India i think it should not be entertained as they are spoiling vustomer health and dont even regre for it please take a strict action on them

I am having 3 water heaters at my residence whose 2 yrs warrant expired in oct – nov 2017. I gave at least 2 calls at your customer care in the month of november 2017 to get the amc renewed to which no body renewed. Last call at your customer care was given on 16.12.17 with ref no[protected] and representative told that the amc will be done on 17.12.18 positively.

No body gave a call nor anybody visited my residence to renew the same & i thought that i have choosen the wrong product & now will never give a call to ao smith call center neither i am any more interested for the amc renewal

Surprisingly when all the winters are gone i got a call from ao smith representative mr. Amit ([protected]) on 24.02.18 to get the amc renewed & he felt sorry for the system delay and bla bla bla…

Mr amit told me that representative will visit definitely on 25.02.18 to renew the amc and today again on 25.02.18 the story by ao smith is the same… I have decided now if they will give free amc for one year that too free of cost, i will not take the same

I have purchased AO Smith Jaguar Model EWJ 25 I about 2 years back, suddenly the geyser stopped working. After that, I had a tough time to register my complaint. None of the numbers given in hand book or given in their web site is found to be working.. When I contacted Delhi office, the phone was continuously advertising their AO Smith products rather than anybody attending the call. Later, when I contacted the Southern Office, one person gave a number 33004455 which has only the automated recording facility. These pepole, they don't want to hire even an operator. After several recorded complaints ( I felt as if i was talking to wall, since it was only one way communication), till now there is no response.

I feel that I have made a mistake by buying this kind of product and I will never purchase of any product of AO Smith Jaguar in future.

The equipment was purchased from great eastern trading company co., sinthi more as on 11 march 2017, invoice number: 13/sa/1617/20972. The equipment was sold to me with the usp.."great after sales service". The sales person named sayan assured that the equipment would be installed, even if i would not be around and my aged parents would not have to bother regarding after sales services. Since then i was out of station and my parents took a cycle rickshaw to visit great eastern trading company on two occasions for follow up. As i am writing this letter, the equipment is yet to be installed.
The installation agent claims that the first date was cancelled from our end which is blatant lie. Interestingly, the systems have also been updated accordingly and we are receiving sms regarding the same. If this is the way the after sales service of the equipment functions i am scared to think how this relationship will progress in the near future.
Appalling to say the least!!
