Issue – Please note the highly unprofessional behaviour of Apollo Clinic – Jessore Road. I had got my father’s testing (Chest X ray) done on Sunday 31 Jan 2021 as per doctors advise. I got a receipt which said that report collection time for Sunday is next day 7-8PM.

However, when I came to collect the report today (Monday, 1st Feb 2021) at 7:10PM, I saw the shutters are down. I called on the number provided and was told that they have changed the report collection time and they will not be able to give reports today. I told them that the bill mentions this time but they said that it’s not possible to update the bill. They said that there is a disclaimer in the bill that the time can change. I asked for escalation matrix to complaint and seniors number but did not get it. The center was open and the employees left from back gate after 7:30PM but they did not give the reports. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour and that is why i believe other centres (local and small) are doing much better than Apollo (pan india and big).

Have raised complaint in Apollo clinic site site as well and such is the system that have got no ticket number.

Infact, the email address provided in the bill and the site do not match which clearly indicates that the intent is questionable.

APOLLO CLINIC ,Garia Kolkata giving false test report.In my case, wrong report given and the doctor expressed doubt on thevresult. Then 2nd test was done in another clinic which gave correct report. The Management is indifferent to public sufferings , staff are misbehavingy. Despite repeated complaints to the Management no action taken, not even proper reply given .

This is w.r.t Sarjapur road Apollo clinic, i chose this clinic coz of the name since i felt i could trust the doctors there. I had severe throat pain with high fever and i could self diagnose that i had tonsil issue. Since no ENT was available and i could hardly sit, i went for a general physician – Mrs Kranti (on 6th April'2013), she put me on Azithral and my fever went off but on 7th April'2013 i started having very severe throat and ear infection and i took a peek into my throat only to realize its a follicular tonsil. Myself being a software engineer with no Dr. degree i could make out Azithral wont help since My daughter had the same problem and she was put on augmentin. I had to wait till Monday to see an ENT, the ENT (from a different clinic, GOD knows i will never step into an Apollo clinic ever again) confirmed that its follicular and Azithral wont help. Fact is even a software engineer knows that Azithral will kill fever but not necessarily the cause. Having said all this i seriously doubt if the doctors in the Apollo clinic are actually doctors. Even for such and apparent and simple problem nor was it diagnosed properly, putting me on azithral worsened it for me. I am worried about the fate of innocent people walking into such clinics for pregnancy and or life critical treatments. I think the doctors sitting in this clinic are not real doctors and might have a false degree.

i have been taking apointment for the dentist from Apollo Sarjapur branch, they accept the appointment but whenever i go they always say the doctor is running late or left because of emergency.
And i today also they called me and told that the doctor has left for emergency. I am tired of it. I got the smart card for 1000 rupees and now i am not able to use, its a complete wastee.
Please help me out. They are testing the patience of the patient and not even bothering.
They should be closed down.
I schedule my office timing because of them everytime and they change it everytime.

I have visited apollo clinic, kondapur, hyderabad on 30th jan 2016. There i consult with dr.Prameela sekhar. She is very nice and helpful. She checked my wife and suggested for [cbc, urine, tsh, rbs, blood & ultrasonography (Tvs)] tests after 7 days.

So i went to the reception and show the prescription to mrs.Gowri surya vanshi. I am a very common man and i don't know what are these tests for and what needs to be done when.

She checked my prescription and ask me take the package [apollo w health twenties]. I asked her 2 times and get confirmation from her, that the package includes everything which are required and which should be done. On 6th feb 2016 i visited with patient [my wife]
For doing all these tests. As she was over fasting, so all tests could not happened. Only they did x-ray, urine and ultrasound whole abdomen. Again i went to same clinic on 7th feb 2016.

On the same day [7th feb 2016] and today, i came to know that, as the patient is pregnant, so she should not go through x-ray and ultrasound whole abdomen, but mrs.Gowri surya vanshi gave me package which includes this? How come she gave me health check up package which includes x-ray after looked into the prescription?

After consulting doctor today, i came to know that, there are chances of problem…

The appolo clinic tinsukia always taking patient more than his capacity. The patient are facing lots of problem for their test. I m also at present sitting at appolo clinic more than two hours for a sonography test of my wife as she is pregnant. Can u imagine how a pregnant women sitting for a test hours an hour's. The authorized appolo clinic are only doing for money only. Kindly take some action that the clinics are take patient only his capacity not more than becoz some critical patient also may be there. Full description: this is vikram kumar and did my health check up in apollo clinic on 14th may 2016. When i asked the concerned person about my report they said to collect in next day. Because of work schedule i was not able to collect it on 15th may. So i went on on 16th may, they said they are unable to locate the report and asked me to come back again on 17th may. Because of my busy schedule, i was not able to go to clinic till 20th may.

When i went again today on 21st may, they are still not able to locate the report and asked me to come on 23rd may. Not sure what just happened but this is clearly the example of mis-conduct.

Please take necessary action.

Dear sir,
I am regularly done my routine last 3-4years check up in apollo clinic ulubari, ghy. But staff behaviour is very rude and everything is unorganised. Doctors are not coming timely and main and most important thing is reciptist and supporting staff behaviour is very rude every time.
Imidiately resolve the the issue. I have very unsatisfied with appllo clinic ulubari.

We stay at Hosur and My Son Master Konig Samuel had Stomach pain. My husband took off to take care of my son and we came to Koramangala Apollo clinic for complete check-up on 11th Sep thinking that Apollo hospital would be better.
We met Dr Meenakshi Motwani and she has suggested to take a scan suspecting Appendix.
But the scan report conducted by Dr. Mahesh S. Malani said “Appendix not visualized” .Because of this the Dr just gave us pain tablets.
My son had to undergo the miserable pain again but as we have done a scan and nothing found in that we didn't know what to do further. The next day also the pain continued and we contacted the Dr over phone and started giving antibiotics. But the pain didn't reduce then we just went to a local Dr who suggested to take a scan again at a local nursing home. In the local nursing home the scan showed clearly that it is acute appendix, immediately need to be operated. We were confused which one to believe and on the third day we went to Narayana hospital for further check and their again the scan confirmed that it is acute appendix.
Then my son underwent Appendix operation. But because of the negligence of the scan staff at koramangala Apollo clinic, we had to delay it for two days and in the meanwhile the appendix got much infected at the base. Dr had to take 3 hrs to do the surgery and my son has to be kept in the hospital for 8 days to cure the infection.
Thank god that the appendix didn't burst. Just because we have cross checked we have saved our son, what happens if people simply believe the scan report? I'm much worried about the competency of the Scan staff even after Dr clearly asked to scan for Appendix, the scan could not find a 8 cm Appendix. Our belief of Apollo hospital better than the local hospital proved to be very wrong.
I’m bringing this complaint to notice so that the hospital staffs are held more responsible and not to play with human lives.

We've got seriously burnt up by Dr. Beena Jaysingh of Apollo Bellandur. Dr Beena is highly unprofessional and always behind money. She is incompetent and doesn't understand patient problems and needs. Whenever we went to her for my wife's pregnancy she wrote all the available tests without even asking and thinking.

whenever we asked any questions she didn't answer properly. She was never able to explaing anything about compliation of my wife's pregnancy. She didn't read any of the reports properly and neither she explained anything. In end she just asked to pay haevy advance for a so called procedure.

On friend's advice we decided to go to Manipal Bangalore. There we found out that ultrasound diagnosis done at Apollo clinic Bellandur were wrong and whatever reaons Dr Beena gave were in-correct. We were seiously taken back by this. We trusted them with our child and she just took advange of the situation to made more money.

Whoever is consulting Dr. Beena Jaysingh, please be careful and and lookout. She is just not good.
