I am Rahul, a resident of Bangalore, 560057. Today i.e 15/05/21, I visited one of the Apollo Pharmacy stores near me and it was Hesaraghatta Store. I asked for two N95 masks and they gave me 1 pack which contained two masks that are been manufactured by Armex Pro Pvt Ltd. On the pack of the mask, the manufacturer has mentioned that Net Quantity 1, MRP 49, Batch No. IN95L130820, Mfg Date – Jan/2021 and Exp Date – July 2023. The storekeeper asked me to pay 98 for the one pack which contained two masks and so I paid for it because earlier I bought the same mask in one pack from the same store and it was been Armex Pro Pvt Ltd. After billing, I asked about the storekeeper about the packaging and he told me that the Armex Pro Pvt Ltd manufactures are labeling 2 maks in a single pack. So I thought due to pandemic, they are saving for the labeling cost. After that, I came home and I opened the pack and I was surprised to see that the pack contained two masks but it was not been manufactured by Armex Pro Pvt Ltd. On the mask, it was mentioned the mask was been manufactured by Durasafe with a fake ISI mark and number and how could one company manufactures packaging and another company manufactures masks?

I have also mentioned that I have bought the mask which is been manufactured by the same company and in that mask, it was clearly mentioned it was N95 mask in a bold letter and the quality was premium but the quality of the maks which was been manufactured Durasafe is totally waste.

After all this, I went up to the store and when I asked the storekeeper about this issue, he told me to check with the manufacturer and the Apollo Pharmacy head office because they are the ones who are supplying to them. I have all the pictures, videos, and bills for the purchase.

I want to know whether Apollo Pharmacy is making N95 SCAM with Armex Pro Pvt Ltd? OR Armex Pro Pvt Ltd manufacturers are doing the scam by corrupting the quality check employees of Apollo Pharmacy? OR Apollo Pharmacy storekeepers are doing this SCAM?

I need a detailed investigation on this which should be conducted by Apollo Pharmacy OR I will be failing a petition in the Consumer Court of India and Karnataka High Court.

Being a Legal Assistant, I know all the laws which consumers can talk against the manufacturers our suppliers who involved in this SCAM.

I placed an order for a pack of adult diapers on April 16th and was told will be delivered that same day.
On 17th, the app shows status as cancelled due to high volume or logistics

This is the first time I placed an order from your app.
No info about delivery until the next day, when promised to deliver the product on the same day.

No proper channel for customer service.
No phone number.
The chat system sucks.

I usually never use this website as I have memberships on other apps, but because they promised same day delivery, I had to turn to Apollo.

When it comes to paying for the order, there was no waiting but once I’ve paid, I’m being played the fool by y’all.

Why is no followup on my refund?
Your app says it will be refunded within 10 to 15 days, and I am still waiting for the refund.
IT IS CLOSE TO ONE MONTH!!!
WHERE IS MY REFUND!?!?

There is no customer service number that I can call, I’ve sent dozens of email reminders, Not a single one replied.

On 6th may, A lady from customer service called and told me I’ll be receiving the refund within 5-6 days, for sure.

It’s May 13th today, still no sign of the refund.

I WANT MY REFUND.
STOP PLAYING GAMES, STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE AND RECTIFY UR MISTAKE, RIGHT AWAY.

Ordered baby diapers and prepaid the amount but delivered different product with different size and number of the diapers in each packet is lesser than which I ordered.

The billed and deducted amount is on basis of which I ordered but the delivered item is not matching (lower-priced different item).

This is not acceptable.

Pharmacy is not taking care of this and nobody picking up calls in customer care. There is no way of refund my money. These people are not caring about my loss of Rs 2000/-.

I will never use Apollo 24*7 again will ask people to be aware of this fraud App/Site.

I placed order with apollo which got cancelled and refund inititated on 16th april. It is almost 1 month I didnt get my refund. My tickets being closed without notifying or contacting me. Order placed yesterday shows delivered but I have not received it . Texted regarding it over whatsapp still no response. Horrible service. Money is stuck with them

I am Vignesh from Alangulam, Tenkasi dt, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday I went to Apollo Pharmacy at Alangulam. After my purchase the guy who billed did not ask whether it is a cash or card payment. Then I said I want to do a card payment, but the boy said to the other staff that he selected cash. Immediately another girl working there said the POS machine is not working. Then I gave cash after that I insisted them that they have confirm with the customer for the type of payment before billing. Suddenly a boy and girl employee started yelling at me saying I have to confirm the payment method. I said I didn’t know your system or procedure so it’s your due process to confirm it with the customer. Their behavior was so rude. Then they neglected me and looked after Their work.They did not had sanitizer for customer use, when I asked for sanitizer they did not replied at all. There were more than 6 employees at that time. About 3 of them did not wear a mask. They are not at all following the government protocol. When I questioned them they are simply neglecting me and looked after other customers. Kindly take necessary action. Thanks

I am Biswaranjan mallick and an existing long time customer of Appolo Pharmacy, also you can checkout my transaction details every month by my mobile no.
Today i went to one of your Apollo Pharmacy counter,
(Apollo pharmacy, Tankapani Road, Bhubaneswar, ODISHA -751018)
The sales representative behaviour was so rude and so unprofessional and i asked during this covid period why no sanitizer near to your outlet door. one guy was discussing with my and another guy suddenly behave like mad and he tried to hit me also.
so i called my uncle and told him to ask your store guy why they behave like this. even though they did not leave my uncle and the started arruging with us and tried to hit my uncle as well.
so we called police and told all about teh incident but still appolo guy was tried to arguing with police also.

As a customer neither i and anyone of my near dear will not visit any appollo store in feature.
so my request you to take necessary action on these kind of people who is creating bad image about apollo and also rude behavior to customer. At the end Appolo is going to face all blame .
hopefully my complain will address ad get justice to this.

I have ordered 2 packet of Soffy Sanitary napkin on 05/05/2021 and payment of Rs. 605 already paid in advance. the delivery date was 06/05/2021.
But till today i have not received my product. I have called them, they told me that order have been cancelled but online tracking showing order dispatched on 05/12/2021.
The fact is neither my product reached to me nor my money refunded.
