Now I am at Kallidaikurichi with my old parents of 92 and 89yrs.of age. I am trying to use your pharmacy in Kallidaikurichi as I do it in Chennai.1. Basically they do not quote a correct price of medical item less the eligible discount.2. They give wrong delivery of items and do not bother. 3. THEY SHOW HIGHHANDEDNESS IN THEIR REPLIES. 4. Cr. card acceptance problem prevail and later no checking and follow up for more than a week or even 10days.5.Yesterday 29.5.2021 after buying for Rs.1058.01 my SBI Cr. card was taken and in your machine it was denied and whereas it was debited in my card account with a message in my mobile. They were unable to resolve the issue. When I asked the in-charge Ms. Indhumathi about previous issues on cr card transaction denial with me, she simply was repeatedly telling me ‘ No reply’. I last my shirt and said ‘Are you mad…you are simply repeating an irrelevant answer. She immediately started getting into the shield of calling her as’mad’. The next staff started taking video in his mobile as if I had come to disturb the business with ravudi element in me. I could have simply called the police on this. Just because of the long relationship with Apollo pharmacy, I did not do that. Now my understanding is more than being customer friendly Pharmacists the staff in your Kallidaikurichi branch behave like thugs. Please do take necessary action before some unpleasant incident could take place. From my side, if any amount not collected in my last transaction may please be collected contacting me.Thanks.

Wrong item was delivered on 29/05/2021.along with wrong bill in the name of some other person with 3 medicines.

It’s been more than 10 days I am continuously calling Customer care & no one dares to talk to me. As soon as the phone is picked up they are disconnecting it.
Every time they say we have done it high priority & a person would call you today but no one calls me.
I am tired of calling again & again but customer service sucks.
I want my Rs 285 back & never gonna order anything from Apollo 247.
I placed an order for apollo oxymeter on 19-May-21 thru Apollo 24 7 App. I received product on 21May2021..but surprised to see oxymeter was of a different brand..Medicare..billing has been done for Apollo Oxymeter.I made a complaint and was asked to submit image of the product and bill. I submitted all the documents on 22May2021. But no response received then I called up customer care and was assured that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours..but no resolution has been received even after 9 days.
Pls look into the matter and make arrangement for an early resolution. I needed oxymeter due to an emergency but now I am forced to wait due to non responsiveness of your team.
You must acknowledge it is also a case of fraud for your Company where billing is done for a particular product but other brands are being given to consumers. A must case for investigation.

I had purchased a Oximeter on 12/5/2021 from Apollo Pharmacy and they did not accept the credit card which normally they would accept and even on that day, they accepted credit card for the other medicines that I purchased on that day. On the contrary, They had asked me to do the Google pay for the total amount of Rs. 1700/- which the claimed as the price for the Oximeter. That did not work in my mobile on that day. Hence I went to the nearby ATM and drew the cash and paid the staff Rs 1700/-I am sure I was overcharged as well as they have not provided me with any invoice for the item that I purchases

i went to apollo pharmacy annanagar 18th main road on 25th may 2021 to get medications for my mother.
As i entered the pharmacy
pharmacist Mr.Sankar.S was sitting in a chair and writing something in a book.
I asked for a medications, without looking me he said its not available and kept on writing on his book.
I asked him this is how you treat your customer, he said i am busy right now.
I showed him my mci id card and told him i am
a doctor. Then he stood up and said there is no medications. As i asked him about different generic medicines, spontaneously he said he doesnt have those medications and kept writing on his book. I asked him to check in his computer about the list. which he denied again
I used to get a lot of complaints especially from this annangar branch about the rude behaviour of staffs from my patients and even from my parents.
today i have witnessed the same.
These kind of people contribute a mojor help for the society at this pandemic movement.
But here we see a bad example of people who serves for the community.
The pharmacist who cant even respect a doctor,
how is he supposed to be responsible enough
and serve the common man of India.
apollo pharmacy please take necessary action into these kind of ppl at pharmacy.
He has bought apollo pharmacy a very shame.
Bad work/ bad person / worst customer service.

On 18 May 2021 I have ordered an oximeter from Apollo app and once I unboxed it I found the product to be faulty as even after installing the batteries it is not getting turned on. I have raised request for return, I have even emailed the product picture to the email Id provided still no revert received for the replacement highly disappointed with the quality of the product received need this to be replaced or better refunded
Apollo pharmacy, chinnavedampati, Thudiyalur Saravanmapatti, Coimbatore branch is not giving hand sanitizer. The bottle they ket is empty for an year and no seriousness on safety..
I have purchased an Oximeter on 21/05/2021. The very next day it was giving improper readings and then we realised that the product is not working properly. It was purchased from Tribeni Apollo Pharmacy, Pin code 712503. Site ID is 13243.
We are a regular customer of this pharmacy. When we visited the shop for exchanging the product the staff behaviour was not up to the mark and they clearly said that they won’t be able to take any responsibility. The product has an warranty of 1 year.
Now my question is in this pandemic situation where the person who have purchased the Oximeter is suffering from Covid, do we really expect this behaviour and service from such a big brand?.
It’s my earnest request to take immediate action and make a way to replace the product.
