I have lodged complaint many times regarding the non refund amount o[censored]nsuccessful recharge for Rs.510/- on 31.10.2019 to AIRTEL for Mob .No.[protected]. Kindly do the needful or otherwise the same will be submitted as grievance in consumer court please. I have enclosed the online receipt of the above issue. There is no response from the consumer support side. they have closed my online complaint without attending. kindly do the needful and make arrangement to refund my amount please

They send me pdf of 80 images contaning 50 record each. And per record payout is 8 rs total 32000rs which i have to complete in 20 days. But i complete 4000 record in 10 days. At the time to submitting work they told me that there is processing fees of rs5999 which is refundable in first payout. I want to port my sim from aircel to airtel connection..
But the problem is that the message can not be sent to 1900..
It just shows sending failed..
So i want some helps for this problem from yours…

I was on board in ai 645 on 14th may 2019 with my 7year old kid, flying from mumbai to jodhpur.
The flight provides you with the food while on board. That day the vada pav served to us had a nylon string inside the vada. This is a sheer lack of check and complete negligence on what is being served to passengers and how it can have a bad to worse effect on the health of a passenger. This has really disappointed and am now worried what could have happened if my child would have eaten it!
This was reported to flight attendent ms manjusha, who said that they will take the matter ahead but did not provide with any email id for complaint.

We have been penalised with cancellation charges of rs. 10500 on each of these blr-ccu dt may 04, 2019 (Pnr y0cf8) and ccu-blr dt may 09, 2019 (Pnr hgdyp) flights for which web booking was done from ai official site on may 01, 2019 at 9.42 pm. Cancelled tickets at 8.35 pm on may 02, 2019 and at 5.00 am on may 03, 2019, respectively.

Due to cyclone fani, dgca has stalled arrrival/departre operations at kolkata airport between 9.30 pm of may 03, 2019 and 6.00 pm of may 04, 2019.

Ai has not implemented its new cancellation rules for cancellation of web bookings made from may 01, 2019. Hence the discrepancy. We demand refund of cancellation charges.

Both tickets were cancelled conforming to the new rules of 100 % refund of the booking amount, namely,
(1) for pnr no. Hgdyp ticket booked more than 7 days prior to travel time and cancelled within 24 hour of the booking;
(2) for pnr no. Y0cf8 ticket cancelled after dgca decision to stop operation of the flight arrival/departure at kolkata airport.

Internet is mostly not there, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. Even to check speed internet browser not working, taking time to load for more than 7 mins!!!. It stays like this almost all through the day, and only gets better later in the night after 12 am. So far 2 complaints have been filed with airtel in the last few months, and still this problem keeps on happening.

I Have Taken a plan of 4mbps unlimeted usage plan for 8 months from which the first month i got only 1 mbps speed thay said the reason is fiber cut and now again in last month the same issue repeats so from 8 months i got a proper plan of only 6 months.They Say that problem will persist till a month they cannot do anything then why do they issue such plan if they cannot provide such facility

I have purchased 50MBPS plan and airlink is giving 1 to 2 MBPS speed and when ever I want to file complaint they are demanding windows pc to file the complaint but I haven't windows pc. So they are not filing my complaint and not giving proper response. And when ever I am calling to correct my speed they always telling me guys are working on your link. With greater regression i want to say to airtel team that, a high end motorola handset like MOTO Z PLAY till not get the volte features update..
It's unbelievable to say that very low budget ordinary handset getting VOLTE update but a premium handset like MOTO Z PLAY is not getting the VOLTE service till 6th Feb, 2020..

When can i get update regarding VOLTE update on my device or i will get back to Reliance Jio or Vodafone soon …
If i will not get any feedback on this issue from Airtel, Motorola, or Lenovo, , then i will switch back to Jio or to Vodafone. Atleast they are providing very good volte service to each & every handset..

If it's not resolved within a week then for sure, , i will think that my MNP from Jio to Airtel is completely valueless & i will go back to Jio again..
