I am vaisag, from dubai. I have seen one this video that showing misbehaving crew in airindia, she doesnt keeping manners so cruel i was not travel with this flight but i am frequent air india traveller, sometimes i felt this kind of experiences but didnt complaint, please take action immediately.

Hi,

I'm using aircel number from past 8 years and these month the signals are not good and i have planned to port it other network, not able to receive port code reply when i sent sms to 1900, no aircel stores opened in my surrounding areas, not able to reach customer support team to resolve issues.
Hope you try to understand my urgency and resolve issue asap.

Respected sir,

Iam  using sim service of airtel service provider since more than 5 years, but now on 23 jan 20 i had requested for port out from airtel to jio but my request has been rejected without any notice even after fulfilling all the conditions as per trai, after that again i requested the same on 31 jan 20 and while querying about the status of my request to the airtel customer care executive they replied that no request has been found in there system.
These is second time i am opting for port out, even after fulfilling all the criteria of trai and obtaining upc both the times similarly following all the very steps why the airtel network provider denying of the request…???

I was having airlink connection yesterday June 24, 2016 at 4 PM. It was not working from 5PM to 10PM. I have registered a complain. It was not resolved but stilll suddenly started working. Then on June 25, 2016 it was working from 9 AM to 10AM. Then there was power cut at my home due to which I was not able to connect to internet. Power came back at 11:30. I connected airlink, it was connected for 2 minutes and then I am not able to connect to the internet. They have again registered a complain. I noticed that when all people starts using internet from our society, it stopped working. All are having different subscription for airlink still it is affecting their connection. Why? Please resolve my issue or else I will prefer another ISP. In that case, I will ask to refund my money.

Dear sir
Airtel 4g data card from long time.
After purchage, 1st six month service was good.
Thereafter speed problem started. I sent complain also but not resolved. One gentleman called and said that "signal strength is good". Where signal strength was good i don't know. However i was using dongle and paying huge amount as per market rate with poor service quality.
From october 2019 service completely stopped. (Till this time payment was regular.) i have sent mail to disconnect the service. It was not happened. Data base can be checked. From this month on-wards i stopped payment. How to pay without 0 service? Is it justified?
Daily someone call in working hour and irritate.
Several times i have replied to resolve the dispute and disconnect. One gentleman sail that pay for one month only, immediately next day some one said to pay rs. 1000+. Again some gentleman said that he will come back soon with better plan, so far he did not come.
Kindly initiate to resolve this issue with proper justification. Technically airtel supposed to pay me as a penalty for charging more money for worst quality service from months.

Today I booked round trip tickets for Kolkata to Hyderabad. The tickets cost me 13625/-.
Whereas the same tickets if I buy separately, it cost 5195/- + 3758/- = 8953/-
How the price for same tickets can vary this much? I tried to contact your "24×7" customer care several times and it is always busy. I waited for even half an hour and no executive available for picking up the call.

I have purchased broadband connection from airlink communication pvt ltd 6 Days ago. I wanted to use my own router & not the router of Company, so I took the connection thatway. Executive has promised me for broadband connection but he gave me wireless connection. My connection started on 23 dec 2015 morning & all was going well till evening when my Connection Disconnected for first time. I Complained them & resolved it in 2 hours. But Again After One Day it disconnected & I Complained & it started Again . When it happened the third time I strictly told them I want my refund & I don't want their connection at all. They Promised me it would not Happen the next time. When it Happened the Fourth time in 6 Days I & when I complained them They told me that there is a problem in my router. I told them that I already have a You Broadband Connection ( Consumer id : 990273 ) currently connected which I would connect now & keep it connected for the Whole day & keep Airlink's Connection Connected in PC the Whole Day. I did This & Neither Airlink nor the You Broadband Connection Through Router Disconnected the Whole day. I told them the Thing & told them Their is no problem in router & I was that time currently connected to You Broadband's Connection. They told me to install ammyadmin software & they even checked through it that I was connected through the same router to You Brroadband but at that time also they were not able to connect me to airlink through that router. They just want to put the blame on others & Sell Their Own Company's Router. The Number was also not Toll Free which was given to me[protected] & as per TRAI Guidelines the Company Should Give a Toll Free Number to Customer. They wasted a lot of my money & time & last day the total of all calls I did was more than 60 minutes where they used my PC through ammyadmin software & kept me on hold several times & finally Registered my Complain after 1 Hour of Calls. Also As per TRAI Regulation if a customer is not Satisfied with Resolution of Customer Complains, They must provide the facility of complaining to their superior authority which is nodal officer. I told them several times that I want to their Superior Authority or atleast give me his number or email id but they did not provide. Also on their Official Website Only Name but no phone number & E-mail of same is given which is again violative to TRAI Guidelines. This is the worst service & consumer grievence handling I have ever seen. If I don't get a permanent solution of my problem & if they believe in making fake claims o[censored]nlimited Data Connection & Disconnect it every second day & annoy the customers indirectly, I would Lodge a complain with TRAI as well Consumer Courts to get my Refund as well as levy Penalty on Airlink for all the suffer they cause to their customer, all guidelines which they violate and non-acceptable business practices they follow to sell Company's Router.
Now I do not want connection at all if it disconnect every second day & they cannot let me use my own Wifi Router which is very well working with other Similar Broadband Service Provider (You Broadband).I want refund.
