We are many time complane u r customer care centre. But not satisfaction reply u r customer care central. My wi-fi not connect last 35 days. Plz sir i request slove my problam.

The main filer link coming to my home was broken due to bad weather, even after complaining numurus time over phone call, email, whatsapp not solved. After visiting their office in person regarding this matter they are saying complaint will not be solved unless the owner of the connection comes and they are saying “go wherever you want to go for complaint even in consumer forum”
I was not able to access the internet so i have registered ab complain in the airlink through whatsapp and through message. I waited for 3 days but there no single reason from there side. so after that i call on there customer complaint number and talk to respective consecutive. so he registered my complaint again and said we will sending technician on the same day or else next day. But next there was no response from there side. Again i call to there customer number but again the same reply was given to me. so next also same situation happened no response from there side. Again i call to there customer care number and again the same answer was given by the executive. So i had complaint to the local technician of airlink for solving problem and he also gave me the same reply that he will send technician. There no proper respore from there for the problem.. Its almost 9-10 days but there no positive response from therr side. The worst internet service provider ever

I am using airlink internet from last 5 years but from last 3 month my net is not working properly and closed for 2 months near about.
Kindly check my previous complain so you got how much your airlink engineers lingering the matter and not solve the problem.
Till today from last 16 days my net is again not working and after threr days of complain till my issue is not resolved.. kindly give my money back if you are not provide proper service to customer
In last 3 must i had complained more then 7 times and every time net is not fixed.
In last 3 month my net was not working in 21 days twice in which one 21 days given grace by your time and second case ia still pending at your end
Kindly resolved my query regarding grace period and pl ensure proper solutions of internet or refund my money as soon as possible.

I have complained on 28th Sept but till now no concern person visited .
I have lost my business due to no connectivity and customer care very rude and non responsible.i want my whole refund as your network is responsible
Every time i complaint they told we’ll have a complaint registered and we’ll solve but they didn’t.
So many times they told engineer will come but engineer didn’t. 13 days have passed but they haven’t taken problem seriously. My patience has off the limits.
My connection is not working from 5th August 2020.

I have lots of complaint to airlink customer care as well mail to nodal and support team.
But till now my issue is not resolved.
As I have visited to office at adajan surat,
but there is staff member (known TL of our area), not answering about my complaint and used bad word with me.(TL Name: Hemant)
I have complaint here with hope to change mind set of those people who are taking disadvantage of their post.
I just want to clarify that whether they will provide solution within 24 hours or refund my remain amount and remove box from my terrace within 24 hours.
I took a plan of 700Kbps in morning and 2Mbps unlimited at night. Its just been 5 days and the broadband speed is not as per promised. In fact it is very very less. When Icall them they are regularly assuring me that I will get the promised speed within 10 minutes. They are checking. Its been 5 days since they are doing this. I paid the money 5 days back and take connection from them . My username is aman_goyal. I will never recommend airlink to anyone. All their provided contact details are busy every time and they don't give any solution to customer. I have attached screenshots on speedtest that I did on connection. One can see very clearly that on the day I took connection (13 May) the download speed was at least greater then 1 Mb, Now after 5 days the speed is even less then 0.5MB. Today also I checked the speed and it is less then 0.5MB.
This company cheats on customer. Its a naked proof.

Hi, My name is Sandeep N Chaudhary. I am having a broadband connection at my home of Airlink (http://www.airlinkcpl.net/) with Dual speed Unlimited plan means higher speed at night than day. My userid of Airlink connection is "sandeepnc". I am a Software developer and doing outsourcing, working for US based clients so I usually work mostly at night. From last 2 months Airlink troubled me a lot with internet connection. I even had a complaint registered with them with complaint id:[protected] which was placed on 15th May and got that resolved after approx 10 days. But still they didn't stopped over here. They continued troubling with connectivity. Every after 2-3 days I get out with my connectivity for 2-3 days. I visited their office too but the same excuse that they will get it solved by tomorrow but no progress. I use to make a everyday, after every 8-10 trials I gets connected to customer care executive and gets a response that they will get it solved by tomorrow. I asked for a technician too to come along with and try to get it solve by today itself as I am in very much loss with my work, about to lose my client but they excused they are not having any technician free to visit my location. Till the date I am having the same issue and facing it but no one is bothered to get a permanent solution or at least pick up the call. I need a strict action against them. I have suffered a lot even though having a sufficient patience. Please help.
