Airtel — WIFI broadband relocation request not done from 3 plus weeks
Hi, on 22nd of April approx date I have requested broadband connection relocation to the new address in same city but calling everyday also to Airtel customer care isn’t resolving issue. No one from past 3 weeks has came to see the face even or even contacted me for any reasons why the request is not full filed. I have two postpaid Airtel connection plus broadband too, being a platinum customer I am facing such a low quality service then I don’t have any words, even wrote to the ceo desk of the company but as usual no response from such a erratic company. This is completely mental torture given by Airtel and it’s a kind of harassing only to customer.
