I ordered two shoes, and received wrong products received same brand but different models i registered the complaint ajio, they accepted the return and It was picked up more than a month ago and i have not received any refund on it yet till date, i am complaining from day 1 even on social media they are not replying, when i call on customer care it gets connected in 1.5 hours i wait for that long they still don’t give me any update once they gave me a update that the product received to them are not the products I ordered which is exactly why i am returning, seriously ajio has very bad management This literally a fraud case
So my account was hacked and my wallet was emptied .. I called them immediately and they took one month to respond .. finally they accepted the glitch in their system and was ready to refund my amount . Then immediately I tried logging it dint happen .. and no response post that . Recently I received a response saying any transfers done from the account is treated as done by customer .. what a get away !!!
I purchased the product of ROZVEH ON[protected].
The product was delivered to me. As this is not fit to me I opted for Return.
My Ajio package with AWB [protected] – Delhivery . The delivery boy is not taking the product by mentioning the reason that the the Tag number is not tallying. But I have placed the return what ever you have delivered to me.
This process is repeated thrice by me
But there was no response from AJIO team

But no use for me.
No one has picked up the product.
AJIO team is simply making a recorded call me. It’s also no use.
Please tell me whether you are taking back the product or not.
I am facing lot of disappointment with you.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
I am using Amazon, flipcart, Myntra e commerce websites. There I am not facing any troubles.
If this happens to be repeated the same reflects in your business.
Please arrange call back to me with your team so that I will explain indetail.
Till today there was no response. Simply you are giveing recorded messages. no action at all

My ajio account was hacked. and i had money in my ajio wallet. Ajio customer care support is not responding at all. i’ve emailed them a lot of time.
Very sad to tell on the bad customer service from AJIO. I bought one item on 26-Feb-2021. Fault item delivered by 05-Mar-21. Requested for return. The item they are not picking up and simply updating the pickup date. Its almost 1.5 months . Very sad to say that item not picked up and amount not yet returned . When we raise any complaint in the AJIO app they simple mark to resolve state without taking any action.Very bad customer service.

Hi I ordered crocs mid wedge at ajio.com As my ordered by delayed by wrong pin code we visited the courier office and bought the package ! When opened we found that it’s the wrong size and I need to exchange the product. It’s worth 2500 Rupees I don’t find any update in order tracking in ajio app though it’s delivered 3 days before! I have made an order on Ajio on 6th January 2021 which I made with my debit card. Ajio cancelled my order stating logistic issue. They said the money would be on my account on 18th February which is a complete false date. How long should I wait when they keep giving a false commitments. And to make the matter worse, they have closed my case as resolved
