Ajio — Delivery unsuccessful
I ordered for 8 items on 27th april and 5 of them i got remaining 3 i didn’t get .From that 3, two products are delivery unsuccessful and one is shown as delayed…Till now i am waiting for my product…I want them immediately… plzzz help

Ajio — Ordered other item and received another item as I received someone else’s order
My name is vinay singh from Nahan, sirmaur (hp) -173001, I ordered shoes from ajio application item named Puma scuderia ferrari textured lace up sneakers, Bearing order no.- #FL[protected] shipped on 7th of may, and toady i.e. 19th May I received a wrong item and when I opened the parcel the invoice in it is named after someone else,
showing address: Name-Gorav, ellenabad, javik bharat mission, bagchi temple, SIRSA HR 125102
Mob no.- [protected] bearing AWB NO. – [protected].
Also I paid the COD amount of ₹2500 to delivery boy i.e. the same amount of item what I had ordered .
I called this person named, Gorav and confirmed that this is his order, I am providing the unboxing images of this parcel and also what I had order, kindly look into it and do the needful action as soon as possible, please be assure when will be I’m getting my order, as i ordered it on 6th May and it’s already too late.

Ajio — Refund not received
I have ordered a product from Ajio and we have received it. Then we placed an exchange for that product. The courier guy came and collected the product and said exchange product will be delivered separately. Then we have not received the exchange product. The I have raised the issue with AJIO and they said the can process the refund as we have not received the exchange product. It been almost 8 months but refund is not processed yet. I have called multiple times but no help from them.
I hope I get satisfactory resolution here.

Ajio — Amount got debited even if order was not placed and the Amount wasn’t refunded
Issue: Payment was received by the Ajio, the amount was deducted from the HDFC credit card on[protected]. But the order was not placed so I asked for the refund after 2 weeks. Because I called the customer care of Ajio to check it. They said they were aware of the issues and refund process initiated. It will take 5-7 business days to complete. So I waited for 2-3 weeks.
Still the issue is not resolved. Its been more than 2 months the date of issue of happened and more than a month from the date of complaint raised in the Ajio.
Discussed with customer service personnel of Ajio.com one week before about the refund. Actually the amount needed to auto credit as the order was not received. It’s been above month still not credited even after raising a complaint and called customer care executive and talked two times
Ajio — Refund not credited
I had ordered few products from ajio on COD and the products were delivered but 2 of the products were completely different from what i ordered and one of the product was old and used so i returned the product with return ud of RT#36052817
But its been 8 days still i havent got refund of around 1200rs from ajio if i call customer care these people keep on delaying seriously ajio is worst of online shopping centre
Ajio — Refund issue
I ordered the product in Ajio because of some issue I return the product. They initiated the refund on April 15th and give the reference number but still now I didn’t get any refund. I complaint it so many times for this issue in AJIO customer care but still now they didn’t take any action about the refund issue.

Ajio — Product not received and shows delivered by company.
Dear sir,
I ordered my product on the date[protected] but it is not delivered to me I paid money through ajio wallet but on tracking site of xpressbess I saw it is delivered on Saturday 17 April.
I didn’t receive the message of out for delivery in my phone number and not even OTP. Sir contacted the 3 times XPRESSBESS CoMPANY, AND AJIO CUSTOMER SUPPORT but he didn’t
gave me solution for more than one month and making me fool.
Please help me sir . I think the delivery boy keeps my product.
I want my product not even other thing help me sir.
