[Resolved] Alliance — Charging high amount even when net is not working

My asianet broadband plan is Rs. 399 for 3GB data. First month it was OK, second month my bill was almost double. When enquired, they said my usage was more than 3Gb, they have increased the usage. I don't know how they can increase the limit without customer's consent. The same thing continued for months and we r paying the bill. In April we were not getting net, complained so many times, no revert, but normal bill came. In May also net was not getting, but last week we used 4days and this week one day. Now they are telling we used 4GB and I have to pay excess amount. I don't know what to. Please advise .

When alliance provided me new connection they promised me the internet connection will never lost .But when i lost my connection and called the customer care they cut my phone saying I was using slang .they laughed about my call from behind like my complain is a joke. Never solved my internet connection problem.Leaving alliance from next month.And wont recommend it to anyone i know from now.

I suffering the problem last 14 hour but costumer care and local operator are not solving my problem they telling mai dekh raha hu contact with hour local operator when i contact my local operator he tell me this is my monopoly business and using rough word always he in dunked wine, my docket no is 12330. Every Saturday night Chandan the local cable operator switches off my Net Connection and goes home with his phone switched off. Entire Sundays I don't receive net. Even on Monday morning it doesn't come till they open their office at Noon. I don't receive internet connection on an average 8 days a month as a result.
On top of that he charges Rs 45 maintenance fees and takes Rs 620 a month.

Our service was stopped from 30 days due to optic fiber maintanance & repair but our service provider did not care for this issu and also dont responce our phone calls.this is very bad service of alliance broad band and bad system of the company add-salikotha, dantan, paschim medinipur, west bengal, pin-721435 ph no-[protected] service provider-om broadband dantan

My internet is down since 2 days. After relentless complaining they still haven't managed to resolve such a petty issue. They do have the means to contact the local service provider.
And the call operators sitting in customer *care* office, they do not know how to speak to the customers. They hardly have any information about anything. And then they blame the customers. Such a pathetic service.
I would want alliance to take an action against the below mentioned names:
Shalini
Priyanka
Moushumi chandra (Something)
These people have learnt a few lines "wait kijiye", "feedback call aaega", "toll free number" and the blabber out the same while talking to a customer. Except these few words, they do not how to perform their job. Sitting their passing lame comments on their customers is the best they can do.
Did not have a worse experience than this. They cannot resolve any issue. Good for nothing basically.

My alliance broadband not getting internet even if i had paid the amount time to time. This problem is not for the first time this happen 15 days in a month if this happen like this then i am sorry that i had to quit groom the alliance services and i had to choose some other services for better services i hope that you will take this seriously so please repair the services so that i can finish my work on time

Sir, for the last two month i am not getting an interrupted internet connection. For that i made several appeal to them to correct the fault so that i can avail the facility of surfing according to my package. But all my appeal to them has got to exile & they now tell me that we are conveying it to the local operator. The local operator says the he can not do anything. So i the meantime when the package expired they compelled me to recharge saying that untill & unless you recharge we can not do any correction. Like wise it is almost two months that i am getting cheated. Please help me & others to get ride of these.

Internet was stopped on 5th july for violence in basirhat. I stay in duttapukur and having pincode 743248. Today is 14th july and still the connection is stopped. The authority said that from 13th july we can access internet but it's not happened. But every other internet providers are providing there connection except alliance and also they are not cooperating by telling when the service will be restored.

Please check the problem and assist in getting internet service.

I have logged a complain with alliance on sunday and today is wednesday, still my wifi is dead. Docket number is 25844. Everyday i call 3-4 times a day. They say they will tell the local operator to see the problem and will visit my house to resolve it. No one has visited from local cable team. There are 3 members in my family who use internet for work and education. We are very disappointed with alliance's reluctance to provide service.
