Every day around 10 pm connection is not present. Lco did not pick up the call. This is happening consecutive 3 days .everyday connection restores automatically around 10am .do alliance take recharge amount for 12 hrs a day??? I need this resolve this issue by tonight. This is 3rd day i am not able to work properly due to this.lco charged 4.5k and given mc instead of onu while instalation done . If it is not resolved by today night i will file complaint in consumer court for harrasment and failure of promised service and take legal action as needed .

I tried to get subscription for pace and paid through Google Pay. The money got successfully paid but the wifi recharge got failed. It’s more than 24 hours didn’t get my money back neither the wifi us working. My customer ID is [protected]

From past few days my broadband is not working after 9pm till morning. Raised multiple complaints to the local distributor but no resulation.
Plan details – Statar pack/60mbps

Issues-
1. flectuation of speed, its reduced to Kbps most of the time which is really hampering my work.
2. No internet after 9pm .

Expecting a quick respond. Tried calling the cutomer case but no use everytime it went to IVR and then disconnected by a auto msg.

Note- I do not have the connection back today. So currently no internet.

my name is MONORANJAN DAS MY USER ID IS [protected].I AM A CUSTOMER OF ALLIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE SINCE 2011.It been the third time that my local cable operator CHANNEL VISION has sent to me the internet bill which i paid earlier and when i show them the paid recipt they did not admitted their fault insted of this they showed a very neglecting attitude and did not wanted to admit their fault.i am highly dissepointed with the service and want to leave this line as it is giving me a much of trouble please as a customer of your service it is your duty to take a strict action against the my harrasment.

Hi,
I have an everlasting issue about the connection problem.
I am a working woman and would require the internet when I am at home, but on a frequent basis I face the issue of not having access to internet. Everytime I call the disrributor either work is in progress or else as I use router may be that is not working. I really dont understand after calling them up how my router starts working fine. This has happened many a times and this issue is quite frequent now.
I am an old customer of alliance and dont want to leave the connection. But please answer if I dont have the connection at the time of requirement then what is the use of it.
Please help me to sort this issue as this is very annoying that I cannot contact anybody to check my internet connection when I reach home from office at night as they are not available at that point of time.
This issue happens once in every week. Day before yesterday also I faced the same thing and as I had a leave yesterday I called them up several times to fix this up. As this issue is now being too much I was very irate and asked them to fix the issue as soon as possible. They reacted over call like it hardly matters to them to fix the issue. on call they replied you have to wait may be for the full day as we donont have enough workers. I replied that I have paid the monthly subscription in full now I am not getting the connection for 2 days which you will charge me. They just replied me to wait. I called them number of times and they put my call on block list to avoid picking up my call also they didnt recive my call if I cal them on landline.
They have finally now provided the connection but blocked it in such a way that I am not able to get the connection through router. Now when I tried to lodge a docket so that I can verify whether they have blocked it from their part or not. They didnt take my complaint and replied that the engineer will call. But I didnt recive any call yet and already 1 day is gone now.
Please help me to fight with them as they behave very badly and their customer service is pathetic.

Hi Team,
Again today it's down now for last 30mins. Now every day if it's down for some hours why I pay for the connection??? Can someone look into it seriously. This is ridiculous.
Last 10days more than 70hrs outage. Alliance services all over Kolkata & I have friends in many place who uses this & they hardly face this kind of issue what I face in this area. Can you check with your local operator & ask them why so many outage????

In Kolkata rainy season runs for 4/5 months & our local operator switch off internet whenever rain starts which is quite annoying. In addition in last 10days at least 5 days it was down for more than 12hrs/14hrs each time stating due to machine down etc. SInce yesterday 8.30pm till now it is down.
This is very very unprofessional for Internet service which should 24*7. How to maintain your service up & running that is your problem but I services should not be hampered so frequently & so lengthy period.
Please get it up & make sure service should not be hampered like this.

Alliance — Demands more money then the bill amount

The operator demand more money from us then what they write in the bill. This is happening from past 2 years. When i insisted that i will pay the bill amount and not what you are charging and demanding then the operator guy said "then their will be a problem"- he quoted this happened today(24/3/2016). I even tried to get help from the company but they did not reacted to the incident. My this month bill number is [protected]. The amount in the bill of this month is 572.50 and the operator charges 580. Before this i used to have 448.32 amount in the bill then the operator demanded me and forced me to pay 460 amount. This is only happening in our locality only

New pakages launch only kolkata circle. kolkata citizen get new pakage and more speed and also get torrent speed, but i have connection rest of bengal, so no plan, no torrent . so alliance should their new plan start all place of bengal . otherwise customer change their service provider. i want to change my service provider, i am getting apply for reliance broadband .mb no [protected]

I am a regular user of alliance broad band basic basic plan – area – baguiati, local operator – feeling cable tv.

Every month they have a network outage of at least 2-3 days during which the internet does not work and they do not provide quality service / support to ensure restoration of the service within a day.

Last month my internet service was disrupted for more than 6 days and there was neither any communication about the reasons of disruption nor were they kind enough to apologise on the service outage.

Having said that, i would say – alliance is good but the service/service providers are pathetic. You would more repent on why did you choose this over the other when you have already deep dived into this useless stuff & have nothing to do but to quit the connection.

Dear alliance broadband provider, i am using fiber optic internet cable broadband connection from local cable operator in sky broadband, mollarpur, birbhum. I use pace pack worth – rs. 500+ 14.5% tax= rs. 572.50 and i am getting speed 800kbps brandwith, 1.5 mbps happy hours. It's ok. 2 or 3 month ago i found a site "torbox.Net" this site utorrent download speed very well and i was happy. But 5 deys ago i open "torbox.Net" site face a problem "ooops!
There's no current information regarding your location. Please try again later." and also "your isp is not a member of the. Peering network." and my utorrent
Download speed is normal. I contact my local sky broadband operator the con't help me.
Please help me to open "torbox.Net" and utorrent download speed back. Thank you. (My english not well sorry for this)
