I am sending port sms to 1900 from last 3 days, but always getting error like ' failed to send message'.
I tried to call to customer care many times, but am unable to connect as it is saying that customer care are busy in addressing other issues. No luck

Could you please resolved this as soon as possible.
I need port out mnp code.

Sir,
I have the honour to inform you that i have booked tickets inadvertently twice in same flight, same passengers (My wife & daughter) and same date. It may more specifically state that
1) booking has done for 04/06/2019 & 10/06/2019 through easy my trip vide booking id no. Emt 57034872 with pnr nos. Hodlr, hodlc, hodlr, hodlc in f/o smt rumi (Datta) sarkar & minisha sarkar fo to and fro journey between kolkata & guwahati.
2) inadvertently done another booking for 04/06/19 & 10/06/19 through air india web site vide web reference: ai be 47411236/ pnr – jsrf5 in f/o smt rumi (Datta) sarkar & minisha sarkar for to & fro journey between kolkata.

In both cases, flights, passengers, date & timing of flights are same but only difference is booking agency. One has done from official web site of air india and other has done from easy my trip.

Both tickets booked from different agencies are attached herewith for ready reference.
In view of the above, you are requested to take necessary action towards cancellation of one booking for two passengers for the dates 04/06/19 & 10/06/19 (Ie direct booking from air india site) & retain the other one and refund the full value of two tickets for to & fro journey between kolkata & guwahati.

Mr. Amit kumar a ground staff at Bhubanewar airport is ver rude and misbehaved while i was checking in for my flight to delhi.
He abused me and delayed my checkin for just his arrogant attitude.
He even quoted that he is relative of jayant sinha and he will not be punished.
If thats the reality then it is very dishearteing to know that

Hi,
I want to port form aircel to airtel but not able as they say upc provided is incorrect. I tried generating upv by sending sms but i'm not able to send port sms since there are no signals and the upc generated through ivr is not clearly audible.
I have sent mails to aircel customer care but no use. They doesn't provide provide any solution to the problem.

Please help. Me with new upc.

Period of incident – since 7-dec'19
Unauthorized activation of international roaming to airtel user [protected] levying excess amount of inr 4480.46/- on family plan bill no. Bm2027i[protected] dated. 9-jan-20. Upon inquiry, airtel claimed to have raised bill against 50 outgoing sms, 8.54 mins. Call and data usage. On bill they airtel have charged for 2 no. Sms, 11 mins. Outgoing call & 22.7 mb data usage. After careful study of bill, there are only 3 outgoing call out of which 1 no. Call is from [protected] (Airtel spam) with a call duration of 28 sec & an unknown spam no. [protected] with a call duration of 8:25 mins.
3 day international pack of inr 999/- per day was charged in addition to above.
Upon further inquiry airtel accepted their mistake & decided to waive of rs. 1090.32/- & have barred incoming calls on 3 airtel nos. Associated with the family plan.

Airtel have resorted to a mode of extortion and a lot of harassment by first blocking out going calls & forcing to pay excess amount. Due to medical emergency we had no other option but to clear the bill, but still the outgoing calls are not active.

Resolution required : full refund of excess charges of inr 2890.01 or adjustment in the next bill

Respective sir, i am small retailer of aircell
From few days aircell company without any information stop his market visit & communication, her distributors are also closed their offices, i am having paper voucher aps 1400/- & etop of 900/- in my aircell demo same the other shop having bulklly their vouchers & etop. Very bad to say we are geting 2.5% marjin in our sell, in this situation what can we have to do? Who take the responsibility for this?

Airtel payment bank no. Is [protected]. I order fastag on 19th december 2019. I mailed him in 'we care' in january and start to trying to know about my fastag. Every time they give 48 hours time. When one months and over spent here no any resolution of my order after that i am saying to him i have complained about it in rbi than they sent my fastag on 30 th january after that here is no option for activate. Then i called and mailed him every time again give 48 hours time. When 48 hours time over i again call and mailed they said to me for, 24 hours wait. I wait but again that time is over then i call today then they again say for 48hours. But here no resolution of my problem. One and half months over here many problems on toll many time it's take double charges. Who is responsible for that charges which i spent without my mistake. Last time my airtel bank case no.
