I am having a airlink internet connection which was installed on 28th nov 2017.
From the first day it is not working properly.
Airlink promised me 50 mbps speed but i am getting 120 kbps only.
I have complained 10 times regarding this but the customer care service is worst.

Air India Express — Hiking the Ticket charges two months after booking

I had booked my tickets for Diwali holidays from Mumbai to Cochin, Travel date 22nd October, in Air India Express fight No IX204/22OCT
I booked my tickets on 11th July. At the booking time the ticket charges for all airlines was almost same, a few thousands difference was only there. Since Air India Express was offering the lowest among them. I booked that ticket charges was Rs 7000 for 3 adults and 1 Infant. After two months time, on 15th September i received a mail that ticket charges collected and displayed at the time of booking was wrong, i have to pay Rs.2200 Extra per passenger. So total charges for 4 passengers will be Rs 13800. Which is the same as all airlines are charging as on today.
Knowing that, closer to Diwali holidays all airline will hike the charges. I had booked the tickets 3 months prior to get the lowest fair.
This is not a mistake, if it was a mistake it should have been corrected within few days .This is purposefully hiking the charges, either they have to adjust the tickets to some other passengers and make more money or they know at this late time we will not get any other booking so we will pay whatever the charges they ask.
Please help me on this I had already booked my return tickets and arranged the all accommodation facilities also. This is an injustice to a ordinary man like me.They are saying either you can cancell the tickets or can pay the amount.
If tomorrow after bording the flight if they say i have to pay still more money. what will we do??. so Please take this as an serious issue and kidly do the needful

Air India Express — Missing baggage

My son, a student studying in Karnataka, traveled on 10th July by Air India Express Flight IX 390 to Mangalore from Kuwait . As usual we have been patronizing Air India for our travels to Mumbai, Mangalore since the last 15 years. On arrival the baggage did not arrive and a claim for lost baggage at the Mangalore airport was filed. For several days Air India personnel – either in Kuwait or in Mangalore could not trace the baggage neither direct me to the right source.

After a long wait, exchange of emails, telephone calls and running from pillar to post, I was informed on 19th July that the baggage was located in Egypt, but when the passenger called the AI at the Mangalore Airport, they informed him that the baggage has not arrived and they will contact him when they have some news. I therefore called the Manger, Chellam Prasad, who bluntly informed me that AI does not take responsibility for delay in baggages and that the same is mentioned on the ticket and that when the baggage is found the passenger will have to come and collect the same from the airport. First of all how did the baggage destined for Mangalore reach Egypt and how long does it take for the baggage to get to Mangalore from Egypt?

The AI customer support informs that I can claim for lost baggage after 7 days, however when I called the AI authorities in Kuwait, they informed all such claims have to be done at Mangalore and Mangalore authorities informed that claim can be made only after 21 days. People pay to get rid of stress and I paid for stress with the AI ticket. What a service!

Apart from the trauma the entire family went through, additional expenses were incurred as the passenger was without his personal belongings (specially clothes, books, food items, and personal items) and had to purchase new clothes as well as necessary provisions for day-to-day use at his college campus. The baggage was delivered to the passenger on evening of 25th July without any compensation. The least I expected was an apology letter. We do not expect favours but proper customer service. AI seems to be in a very sorry state due to negligence and “don’t care” attitude towards its customers.

I cant send sms to company to porting since last 15 days my mob no. [protected].

Even my account balance was automatically reduced to 0. I tried contacting to customer care but there is no responce.

Even i can't send sms to 1900 port, plz give the proper solution.
Dont give the wrong info as its very imp no for me.

I am using Aircel mobile network and from last one month calls were not connecting to any other networks. But from last 5 days there is no network..This is my permanent number and used in all bank accounts and transactions. There is no information regarding shutting down of Aircel in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I have more than 1200 rs of balance. I've also lodge complaint via mail at Aircel customer care but there is no response.

On 21st August 2010, I have purchased throught Web of Air India Express (3) Tickets from Mumbai to Bahrain Sector, by paying throught my Visa Credit Card online.

On 25th August 2010, I have received a E-mail from Air India Express, saying that due to operation reason they have cancelled my flight date of travelling on 04 September 2010. Immediately I called to their office in Mumbai, where I was told that, to go to Air India Express Web site and I must cancelled online, than only I will get refund amount back to my Visa Creadit Card betwen 7 – 10 working days.

I asked the Air India Express Executive, why Air India Express can't transfer my refund money back to my Credit card account with immediate effect, as it was the fault from Air India Express, he informed me this is Air India Express Management rules, it will take 7 10 working days only, and not before this days.

If passenger want to cancel or postpone the trip, Air India Express will charge extra fees for that.

I am asking, if Air India Express will cancel his flight before departue of 11 days, than Air India Express must pay the sum of amount to passenger, as Air India Express has cancelled the flight and not passengers.

And more is that, Upon Cancellation of Air India Express flight from Air India Expreess Management, they have no right to keep passengers money with them until 7 – 10 days.

As, I have only limite on my credit card, now I can't purchase other Airlines tickets, as I don't have sufficient balance in my Credit Card, I because have already paid 3 tickets money to Air India Express.

Air India Express should be ban to do such a bad practice with his frequent flayer passenger, liked I am suffering.

We had booked flight no.663 for Goa from Mumbai..PNR no. 7S6XNM
After arriving at the airport they said the flight is overbooked and we had to wait for 4 hours for the next flight..Oue entire plan got cancelled…We reached Goa by 6:00 pm, while we were supposed to reach by 3 pm..We had an important meeting which obviously got cancelled due to your stupid overbooking
I don’t understand why the hell do you take overbooking?? Are customers a joke to you??
I want a claim of atleast 10000 rupees because of the other bookings we had to do !

I had traveled in AI flight from Mumbai to Calcutta on June 14. I was an international passenger flying from Newark to Mumbai by United and Mumbai to Calcutta in Air India flight.

My checked in baggage arrived in Mumbai without any problem, but did not arrive in Kolkata, and now this is June 19th, 6 days since I reached, but I have not received my baggage.

I had contacted AI staff in Kolkata who stated me that the baggage is with MIAL security for additional checking and once that is complete, the baggage will be delivered to me.

It's been 6 days now, I have not received my bags. I called MIAL security and they mentioned that all checkings are complete and it is in the hands of AI to pick up the baggage for delivery.

When I am calling AI they are giving all sorts of lame excuses. This is disgusting and highly unprofessional and disgraceful for an international carrier like AI.

I would like someone to contact me send me my baggage ASAP.
