My id is chavda411 and i have two years plan of airlink but i have not satisfy of your service. I have lodged my complaint one time in every week and today i called on your customer care num[protected] on dtd[protected] at 09:08 pm received by javed and he talked with me very rudely and he told me no one are here for solved your complaint, if you have solve your complaint than call on tomorrow, you search my complaint data and you find that howmany average complaint in every month. No one are follow my complaints and no one are receive my signature on your complaint solution report, every time i called on your customer care num and they are miss guide to us, you give us many scheme at the time of new plan but what about your service?, if you are not able to give us better service than give me refund my money, i am not intersted in your service, if this is not possible than i am go on consumer court forum, so please solve my problem permanantely. I am wait for satisfactory reply…

I have done mnp from jio to airtel 4months ago..
5days back i have lost my network coverage (Showing no service)
I went to customer care and swapped my sim…
If i call customer care they are suggesting to go to airtel store and if i go to airtel store they are simply generating a request a new sim and saying that it will be activated within 6hours…
It was failing..
When i check my sim card status through sms it was showing sim_swap_provision_failed…
Reason for failure : new imsi series mapping does not exists
From 5days i swapped 4sims and till now didn't solve the issue…

I confirmed my ticket for air India flight AI-504 travelling from New Delhi to Bangalore, 2 months before travelling. I went for boarding 3 hours before, even then I was not given the boarding pass for that flight and was told that the seats are full and I was asked to go from next flight which was after 10 Hours.

I was travelling for a business trip. I had a meeting in Bangalore and because of this delay, I had to pay a huge amount of loss.

Dear Sir
I booked air tickets in AIR INDIA EXPRESS for self and family to travel from UAE to India. This booking was done online using my credit card. After few days from the booking date I received an email from the customer service of AIR INDIA EXPRESS asking me to pay extra AED 45(UAE currency) per passenger. Now I book my ticket after comparing the fare with other airlines. So if this company charge me extra after the booking confirmation I cannot pay this amount. No airline collect extra payment once booking is confirmed. I would like to raise a complaint against this airline in consumer forum.

Since a week at my home broadband is not working. I am calling daily to airlink persons. Their behavior is quite shocking about. They didnt solve my issue and they just updating status as resolved in their application. After we request them to open complaint, then dont want take our complaint. They just taking my money and dont want to give proper service to us.

Kindly take action against them.

A Doha-bound Air India flight’s departure here has been inordinately delayed due to "operational reasons" causing harassment to 160 passengers. Several passengers who are migrant workers said it was for them important to reach workplaces in time. "Majority of passengers booked for the flight were migrant workers in the Gulf. They might even lose the job if they fail to get to their workplace in time", one of the passengers said.

The flight which was to have taken off at 8.45 pm last night was delayed is expected to take off this afternoon, airline officials said, adding the stranded passengers were accommodated in hotels. Some of the passengers complained that they were caught unawares by the delay and the airline officials did not give them any convincing reason for it or specify the exact time when the flight would take off

Respected sir/mam,

Myself shiv mohan, please note my aircel number [protected] not from very start of march and no notification given regarding its closure. As most of accounts linked with this registered number which was very old, now i'm facing problem of portability. As i have visited various store but they said it couldn't possible to port number without network. Please help and action is needed against aircel for not providing any information.

I have a flight from lucknow to delhi by air india which is scheduled to depart at AI 812 @20:15 on 12/06/19. But actually it departs @2:30 on 13/06/19. I missed my international connection to Madrid which is scheduled at 1:25 on 13/06/19. I have to change the date now and it cost me Rs 18276 and other hotel expenses with mental illness. I need the compensation from the airline.
