I have travelled to Trichy on 18th Feb 2010 by Air India Express Flight at 21.05 P.M. one of the air hostess behavior was very rude and absolutely not acceptable. She does not know how to speak to the passengers. She was shouting with passengers. It is happen to me also on same day. Please note that I am frequent flyer and also I have travelled many countries, this incident never happend to me.

Please take necessary action againt that Air Hostess.

I had done the boading and i have the boarding pass and i was in front of gate prior 25minutes to the flight departure time.

The lady duty manager was egocentric and did not allow me to board the flight and in front of me called the flight captain and said not to wait for me and they closed the gate however i had 25mins.

Hi, I has requested to airlink communication to shift the connection to my current address but they are not updating the complete detail to me due to which I have to work again and again on there condition. First they told me to take a permission for wifi connection in my society as there was some issue of wires, when I got permission then they said to ask about underground connection and now the work is still incomplete as underground connection is not available in my society. Please help me as I have already paid the shifting charges but not satisfied from there service.

Hi team,
Following guys are making false commitment to sale the new airtel broadband connection in noida sector-50. They are committed to me "purchase new airtel xtream fiber connection on advance payment of 6 month rental you will get following things :

1- no installation charge
2- telephone handset
3- airtel xtream fiber connection up to 100 mbps

After payment they installed the broadband copper line connection speed up to 40 mbps & provide local wifi router and committed we will provide you handset and xtream router next day.
After waiting one day i called them they told me"please give me one hour i will be there ", now they are not receiving my phone.

Request to you please identify these guys in your team and take disciplinary action against them & complete the commitment. If not possible please disconnect my connection and refund my money immediately.

I am facing many problems due to aircel network. I am disconnected from many days. I tried many times to port my number [protected]. I send massage. But i haven't got yet upc. Plz provide me upc to port another network. I used this network since 2006 a. D. It was my bad luck that aircel network is out of service. I am facing many problems such as receiving many massages from bank, electricity board, lic etc. I am unable to change my aircel number [protected]. I had given this number in my epf from too. So, it is very tuft to change with a new number. I had sent port massage 3 times on 23/2/2018. Buti had not given upc. But a massage came from customer care when i sent the first massage. The massage was "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port after that i again send two massage but it didn't work. Then i once again sent a massage on 25/2/2018. Now i am waiting for upc these days. But it is too late. So, please kindly help me to get the upc. It is my simple request to you. Have a nice day.

I had contacted airlink for broadband connection in surat,. They sent their provider to take the charges and bill. I have paid full charge. And the connection comes to my house after 1 week from the day i had paid the charge. I had called evry number realated to this company. Everytime i call they're always busy and no one pick ups the calls. After few days their cable providers come to the hous for fixing the connection. They fixed the cable and done setings in router. But net was not coming. So they went up to the tarrace for checking after half hour they come again to my house and they said connection is not coming to your main box. Our engineers are up there doing the job. You will get your connection in 15. Mins.
Then they ask for my signature. I gave them. And. I take his contact number.in case if net dont work again.. After hour i cheked again.net was not working i called the connection guy. He was nit piking up my call. I called airlink numbers. No one pick up the call. I had sent the messages to their watsapp num. And cell num. No ones replys. A week has gone and now also no one is replying my calls and messages., they sould close their broadband company. I had paid full charge.. And no one is giving response. This airlink ia very poor in service and in broadband network.

My booking Id was EMT58551134 & Ticket no. was [protected]/375 of Air India dated 29 May 2019.

Flight departure time was at 09:00 AM, actual departed on 09:12 AM.

My wife reached to Airport before 08:30 AM. I know she was little bit late,

But my wife reached the counter, passenger on same Flight standing before my wife and got Boarding Pass in the presence of my wife and they have put their luggage on machine. My wife luggage had been taken out from the machine.

They were not allowed my wife and 8 years daughter for boarding. Inspite of requesting, begging and crying by my wife, Ground Staff does not have emotions at all, they even cannot think that passenger was not well at that time and she was with child.

Counter person taken 3 times her mobile phone for boarding and returned back to her.

After Flight had gone, I have no choice other than to cancel tickets. They say that, I will get only RS. 490 and I have paid RS. 12, 902 for the ticket.

So it is my humble request that please do a favor to me so I will get my full amount, i.e. RS. 12, 902

Please do the needful.

dear sir,
i was delayed on my ticket booked with u on 18/04/2010 from delhi to amritsar. pnr no. so i cancelled that ticket from wher i booked i.e ARZOO.COM. but they are saying that ticket is showig status BOARDING.which should be NO SHOW.
so pls change that status and refund me the apllicable amount as quick as possible.

1. We were a family of four booked on this flight from diu to mumbai on 06 may. Our pnr was js9r8, (Mrs anjoo kumar, mr sunil kumar, mrs leena rangilal and mrs vimal singh). The total amount charged by ai against this was rs 22, 820 paid through my american express credit card, xxxx xxxx xxxx 32005 on 05 mar 2019.

2. I had contacted ai at diu to obtain full refund against this. I had been assured that the refund would get credited back to my card within six working days.
3. Ai asked me to approach their ecommerce branch. On doing so they informed me that my refund had been processed. However after about six days of this, i found a refund of rs 2020 instead of rs 22820. Further communication with them has had no response as yet.
4. Full refund should be given as the flight was cancelled at the last moment and we had to bear the additional burden of a night's stay and booking on a different airline the next day as no air india flights were available.

Aircel no [protected] is getting rejected for upc every time nearly 7 times . I tried to port to Airtel. Airtel says they will get UPC code from Aircel but all 7 time they were rejected for Upc. It was taken in my office as CUG connection. Prior to trying to porting this before few years I got rejected because they said it’s under company CUG (closed user group)
