Hi Team,

On 27 May 2019 the passenger was traveling through Air India from Mumbai to Chennai for the business purpose in Mumbai, Baggage tag No. (AI463908) has apparently been completely miss-placed and possibly off loaded. The ground staff at the lost luggage counter. We have been following up and filing complaints in all the possible ways we even reached customer care, the customer executive redirected us to go to Chennai or Mumbai to file the complaint which was ridiculos passenger is put up in Puducherry. Only one Person from Air India replied to my mail his name is Mr. Imran he gave me link to drop the feedback I did that but no response, How can Air India be so careless towards the passenger?

I purchased service for 27 month from airlink. They put some box on my home terrace for internet connectivity that time i allow it and they put box on my terrace. Now i want to remove box from my terrace. They remove box but now they are not providing my internet connection from last one month. I asked them about it so they told i have to put box on my terrace. I told them i don't want your box on my terrace so please give my money back or continue my internet connection. Now niether they giving me internet connection not money refund. Please help me regarding this.

Aircel has not been providing network since last month. I tried to port out my number [protected] thrice last month only. But aircel did not issue the upc code. And they do not reply to any query or mail.

I request you to issue guidelines and order the company to send upc code. A number of customers are suffering from the same problem. So, please help all o[censored]s.

Dear Sir :

I have purchased a ticket using credit card to travel from Calicut to Sharjah on 08th JAN 2010. On the 07th Jan when I contacted the Air India express office , they have informed that the flight has been cancelled and if I wish I can travel to Dubai using the same ticket and I was not willing to travel to Dubai . Since the flight has been cancelled I am eligible for the refund . Even after contacting several times no proper response from Air India Express Staff .

I have never dealt with irresponsible company like Air India Express . And there is no hope of getting refund of all the tickets which I have booked on the same flight .

First mistake is I opt for 3+1 month plan and paid whole amount, for few days ok with speed but later on started dropping of speed from 3mbps to kpbs whenever I call service provider for next few hours get proper speed but again the same worst. After using few months the problem is same and they never visited nor resolved problem. Don't go for this service if they offer u for free of cost too.

Poor quality android set-top box was issued which overheats after an hour o[censored]sage & then starts to lag in response & performance.

Airtel policy on only upgrade is possible & not downgrade of set-top box?! – when i asked them to downgrade to a older model as upgrade costs another 2grand. The current set-top box is 7 months old (This was pushed out & sold to us for rs.2400 lying that it's a newer model in july 2019 where truth is newer model launched post august called xstream box!

So i was not happy paying another rs.2200 to a second upgrade with in a year – if airtel buys such bad quality hardware which won't even function for a year why rip off their customers?

P. S. Heating of current set-top box is an ongoing recurring issue – the local dealer or the agency who responsible for replacing faulty unit keeps sending technician (4 visits made this far – they reset the box each time & tell no stock of that model box is available currently – like do i care? Get the box asap if not possible go with upgrade or downgrade as i am still paying for the downtime!) with no knowledge of the situation – when queried the tech was notified of a no signal issue – literally bad management is how i could describe them as!

Spoke to various people! Was like so speaking to robots, all go on & on with same standard replies as a last resort writing down here! Will have to wait till monday now to speak with a nodal officer!

I want to port my Aircel service to other service…Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.
