I'm making a complaint regarding lost baggage. We were a group of family travelling from Delhi to Chennai. I didn't receive one of my baggage at the airport and filed a complaint there in the office immediately. I was told I will receive it when the next flight arrives. A staff there gave a contact number but no response was given inspite of me trying to contact them multiple times. This behaviour of the staff is very frustrating and disappointing.
Tag no. of the luggage is AI395729. Hoping to receive a response atleast now.

only one day in a weak it is working and due to that we are facing lot off problem like online payment transaction
Local service provider are talking very lightly after several complain on phone
Local person has not visit my place even after complain of many times.
If you are not able to provide internet service then tell us frankly so that we can stop your service and give me Refund of it…

Respected sir i as a customer of barti airtel mobile. I am facing poor indoor coverage in my home. Airtel provided me false information about coverage at the time of giving sim. Airtel authorities told me that you will get excellent indoor and outdoor coverage no worry about that. One of the other big cheating by airtel is that airtel told me you are getting coverage from mulanthuruthy. I accept airtel information provided by airtel. But after start using the connection i am really shocked. I can't make a normal call also. Unable to send sms. Unable to know my account balance also. Duebto non availability of 2g 4g indoor coverage.in an emergency i can't make a call to ambulance also. Very dead cheating sir. I had lost my number and my money sir. I don't know what i can do sir. From whom i get help. Airtel not ready to give 2g 4g coverage to our location. Airtel providing coverage from manakunnam udayamperoor.3km away from my home. One new 4g tower is upgraded in mulanthuruthy pallithazam only 735meters from my home. But airtel not ready to provide coverage from their. I had requested airtel about this. But the company not ready to provide from their. No authorities can't question airtel. I request you sir please take necessary action against this cheating. Thank ing you

I contacted customer care to update my father's ticket to change place of origin from chicago to sfo. Since there is no option to make changes to the tickets online, i contacted air india customer care to do the needful. To start with, the customer care phone service is simply terrible, takes forever to get hold of an operator & then the wait time after the operator places your call on hold (And this happens several times) is just too miserable. Sometimes the call including the wait period goes on for over 30 minutes & even worse the call gets disconnected at times. Its like you have to experience the torment yet again. I am informed that the adjustable amount to be paid towards the ticket would be inr 12, 756 & i will be contacted shortly to help me with making the payment online through a link. Since i do not hear back for 2 days, i contact them again & now i am told that the adjustable amount has gone up to inr 22k. I, being the customer is being asked to pay double the fare for no fault of mine!

Until now no update received from their customer care. No calls/no email!

Pathetic service!

I was having flight from Chennai[MAA] to Delhi[DEL] on 31st May 2019 by Flight 539 @ 17:00hrs and connecting flight to Tehran by Mahan Air on 1st June 2019 @ 02:40hrs. The AI 539 got too much delay and finally it took off @ 22:45hrs [Delayed by 05 hrs 45Mins] and i informed Air India Manager Mrs. GokulaLaskhmi @ Chennai Airport about my connectivity flight and she was promising me to catch the connectivity flight. The flight landed @ Delhi @ 01:45hrs on 1st June 2019 and None of the airport staff is helping me to catch the flight at the end i missed that flight. AI stuff just gave me a delay letter which is not useful to me And i had spend £408.84 to purchase the another ticket from Ukraine International Airline. I would like to know
– why none of the AI staff is not supporting me @ Delhi to catch the flight?
– How AI staff, how she is promising me to catch the Mahan Air? even i told, if its not possible to catch the flight @ Delhi, please take back my luggage @ chennai Airport itself. i could find other way or stay in Chennai itself.?
– I lost one whole day salary + travel pain + return ticket @ Mahan air + extra payment o[censored]kraine Airline.

I am unable to port my number to other service due to signal problem. If i send my number to 1900 there is no reply, i also tried the aircel number to port chennai :[protected] but this is also of no use. I also tried the link https://ekyc.aircel.com:444/ekyc/genupc. Html but it implies service temporarily not available. I tried all my way to generate the upc code for aircel. I need this number as it is important for office purpose. I am getting frustrated as i am repeatedly trying to port my number from 2nd march 2018. Kindly help me in generating the upc code please. It will be very helpful to me.

Hi sir,

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 3 march 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.
I tried many time to get porting code by sending message to 1900 but fail i didn't get any revert message from aircel. For switching in other network i need upc code will you please help for getting the upc code from aircel. Could you please… Kindly send the upc code on other number "[protected]" as signals on my aircel number [protected] are not coming.

I would like to lodge a complaint with you for justice and claim settlement.

I had booked an Air Ticket in Flight No.IX 194 for 9th of February, 2010 for LUCKNOW – DELHI Sector, which was schedule to depart from Lucknow at 4.35 A.M. morning. When myself with other co-passengers reached Lucknow yesternight to catch this flight, there was no information about the cancellation of this flight till 4.00 A.M. as no Air India staff were available till that time. Then, I had to wait till 8 O' Clock in the morning to get the cancellation endorsed on the ticket.

Now, I lodge my claim for refund of full Fare + expenses incurred + for wastage of my valuable time.

otherwise never take internet connection from Airlink,

I have setup airlink for my home,
after few months suddenly, my internet connection lost, then i had wait for internet connection been restore, but 3 days to go and i did not receive internet, then i have called to airlink customer care and a person from airlink told me that we need box setup for your area as earlier box setup permission has been expired and we need new permission,
so i told him that if you will not get box setup permission for 1-2 month then i will not receive connection untill 1-2 months, then that person rudely told me that yes you will not get internet connection,
then i told him that then what happen my 1-2 month of internet connection, will you extend these two months, then that guy told me that no you will not get any extra month, but you will lost this months,
then i have told him that if after sometimes your box setup permission will expire again then again you will stop our internet? then that guy rudely told me that yes ofcourse.

this is the service of airlink, anytime you can lost your internet connection

now, why i suffer this internet connection lost while i have paid full amount already,

If airlink will not get permission for box setup then in between your subscription, airlink will stop your internet connection anytime,

The amount got debited from my bank but not reflected in my airtel account. I am really worried. I have also sent a mail to airtel
