Air India Express — non receipt of refund

I made on-line booking using my SBI Credit card [protected] on 23.5.07 for return trip to Colombo by Air India for Mr. Pranav Dheeraj Gundlapalle (my son). The ref number is PNR IXO 1729226

I had cancelled the booking on 31st May. I understand from SBI Cards that they are not in receipt of refund for the cancellation.

Details of the booking:

Due to problem in computer (browser) I had entered twice. I understand from
SBI Cards that two claims have been preferred.

The two RF Numbers are RF 00901278 & RF 00901463 each for Rs 6350
each. Whereas RF 00901278 failed, RF 00901463 resulted in PNR IXO 1729226
and I got the excess debit rectified in June. In July I received the credit for
cancelled ticket – Rs 6,350. However, I am surprised that another debit was raised in August towards the transaction.

Air India had demanded for cancellation charges of Rs 635 and was paid by me.

I am yet to get the refund money from Air India.

I am almost done from the worst service provided by airlink. First they took a lots of time for shifting and then after shifting they keep making me fool by giving incomplete information and now after fitting the whole modem at my home they are again making me fool by making fake promises of sending an engineer for connecting the internet. Please sir take a strict action towards it because I am a student of computer application and facing this problem from last month as it was already affected nagatively to my results. Please provide me my rights as I have also paid the fees towards the shifting process too. Thanking you

Respected sir, i would like to inform u that we are having low mobile signal problems. We study in st. Vincent pallotti college of engineering and technology, nagpur and almost 1500 students are hostetlers. We cannot even contact anyone inside the hostel we have to go out and then call someone. We know that u are a reputed company and look into the matter

Air India Express Airlines — Not honoring confirmed bookings

I would like to post a complaint against Air India Express on the troubles my family had gone through when they were flying from Kozhikode to Bahrain on Air India Express flight IX473 on 29th August 2008.

PNR number IX03612850 and passenger names are Leeba Balachandran (my wife) and Parvathi Prajeesh (my daughter)

I have made web booking (on confirm basis) well in advance and e-tickets were issued. But when reached the airport to check-in, the staff informed that they don't have seats available and kept my family waiting for more than an hour at the counter. No one even bothered to notice that there is a 3 ½ year old baby – my daughter – is also there while doing so.

Later the staff has come up with an idea of allocating one seat – though Air India has collected the payment for two seats – and wanted my wife to sign a paper stating the same.

And finally boarding pass issued and when they board the plane there were seats available and they were provided with two seats.

I sent a mails to Air India Express Calicut and customer care contacts (emails: [protected]@airindiaexpress.in & [protected]@airindiaexpress.in) both messages returned undelivered showing some error.

I still await for an explanation on this from the Airline.

My flight pnr – z4qrt booked in yatra from shirdi to hyderabad was cancelled on 04 june 2019 by air india. There was no alternate flight arranged, rather the station officer – anil kushwaha advised to book in some other airline/bus/train whichever suitable in stead of arranging the next day’s flight on behalf of air india. As my return to hyderabad was extremely urgent, as per his suggestion, i booked in the next day early flight which costed me ₹9994.

After a lot of discussion and arguments, anil promised to provide hotel and pick up and drop off facility to hotel and airport. They dropped me at the hotel and i spent the night there. The next day when i got ready to start for airport the hotel guys told me that the drop off facility to the airport was not provided by the airlines. I tried to check with the airlines on the toll free number, but it never worked out. So i had to pay ₹600 more for the transfer.

When i checked with the airlines staff in the office at the airport, they mentioned i should have reached out to them from the hotel itself, where as they had not provided me the contact number of anybody to reach out to. The customer service tollfree number is also not working. They told it’s under upgrade process and has been stopped since 31st may!!

Added to that, throughout this process, on both the days (4 and 5 june), the airlines staff at the airport have been utterly ill behaved and arrogant. They have literally treated us like we are some beggars asking for free services. Use of lines like “ are you my boss!! “, were used by the airlines staff at an extremely disgraceful voice. Its high time the staff is made to learn how to treat customers.

After such a disappointing experience with air india, i need immediate and accurate information regarding my refund amount for the cancelled flight and how to reimburse the extra money spent (Total of ₹10600) for the alternate flight and the hotel to airport transfer.

Aircel — can’t get my upc number

I am trying to port my aircel no [protected]. As there is no network in that sim i can't send sms to 1900. I was trying to generate upc no from iccid no. But the retailer is saying that it is an incorrect number. I am just guessing an incident which may be the cause. My phone was stolen 3 -4 years ago so i made an fir and submitted the gd to aircel retailer and they provide me a new sim with the same number. Please guide me what to do and how can i keep this number. My this number is user adhar card, bank, gas everywhere. I have completed the kyc for this number a few months ago.
Please help me to keep this no and port to another provider.

Air India Express — Sufferings of senior Citizen due to Delay in Take-off

I booked tickets for my Sister and Brother-in-law (Senior Citizen) on Air India Express IX 206 from Mumbai to Chennai on May 28, 2010. Flight was scheduled at 6 p.m. They reached airport at 4.30 pm. Air India annouced at 5 p.m. that flight is delay due to technical reason. Rescheduled for 9 p.m. Air India served water to all passengers. The situation was continued and all passengers were given some snacks at around 2 a.m. Today AirIndia simply appoliges for the inconvenience caused due to technical reasons.
My brother-in-law (Senior Citizen) was there in the Airport from Evening 4.30 p.m to next day moring 4 a.m. almost 12 hours.
Like my brother-in-law there were other passengers too were suffering due to this delay. Is there any option to take it to consumer court.
