Today I have fly by Air India flight to DEL-VNS my PNR no is Z44NC tody time was 09;10 am I m carrying toy which was plastic toy gun and there is no battery and I have informed counter staff the counter staff deny it is not allowed in any where if it is check-in or if it is as hand bag I told him to l giving in check in baggage he strictly deny for that I told him to my child is with me and they have contacted with sentiment he is crying over but he is not permitted to carry in check in baggage I have destroy that toy's and throwing in dustbin…and the counter staff said that if you Cary this toy you will miss your flight …I m totally disturb.and back to home…

I think he wants I removed that's my son gift(toy gun) and give it to him.
It's very bad to national carrier if they're want they take catora, but no harassment to pax and please provide me CMD contact number also than I ask that toy gun is allowed or not. In check in Baggage

Sharing my experience about my recent travel from newyork jfk airport to delhi airport through air india flight. It was a long flight (15 hrs journey) and flight was overbooked as i got to know from their representative when i have asked for the up-gradation from economy to premium economy class.

Air india has given me a seat which was too uncomfortable. The seat was not getting reclined and i have to sit straight in upright position for 15 hrs. Due to this i suffered from back ache and severe neck pain and rush to hospital as soon as i landed to delhi. I have reported this issue to the crew members at the time of travel, to which one of them replied that they cant do anything and even if i develop any medical condition they are not responsible for it. Other crew members have not infact bothered to come back with resolution.

In fact this is not the single case. Few passengers were using crew's seat to sleep one by one as their seats were broken or not in condition to sit for even 1 hr. Several such issues were reported at that time itself to the crew. However nothing has been done.
I have paid full amount for booking my seat, then why should i compromise on quality? Air india is responsible for my medical condition and the bills that i am paying for my treatment. After all customer matters a lot. You guys are running your business because we are choosing your carrier to travel.

The employees which came to shift my router were very rude and were bad mouthing me in public
Extremely sad and public image worsened.
Was told I am illiterate and an ####. Hate speech and astonishingly cheap words. And the service they did was one of the worst I have seen in my life time. Had to do half of my work myself. Such words against a woman really show what kind of a company it is.

I have issues for net not working from 2 days first of all they are not picking the call and if they are picking the call not listening to complain properly and save we have this much authority only we are putting your call down we are putting your phone cut without listening the problem they are just cutting the phone they don't want to solve the problem they are not interested after 2 days i just again call they saythat your password has changed now who will change the password if my internet was working good why should i change my password they are giving totally wrong reason for internet not not working and then i say that register my complain and i should get my message on my number that my complaint register they are not registering complain and message is not coming they say we have send you message if you messages not coming then your mistake i am thinking that if they are not giving service then move to consumer court the worst service experience don't know why that i have again recharge the same service got stuck with this kind of company

For the last two week i try to generate my upc code online so that i can port my aircel number to bsnl and this aircel number is being use for many purposessince 2004. Also i try to go to aircel office but there is a very long queue. Since being an old customer of aircel they should have send the upc code through sms or through email but it appears that the company is not taking any action on this and i have also heard that for some aircel number the upc code is being send through sms in the first week of february 2018. I am very happy with my placement provided by wings. However a fake complaint given by Gaurav Meharwal has no relevance as it not truth in it. I cant imagine that without the help of wing I would have ever got placed in the company of my choice. On 02/11/2011 , I took an Air India Express flight (IX 419)from Cochin to Abudhabi .There were nearly 35 passengers in all. The seating inside the aircraft was worst.The seat assigned for me was torn & was hanging. The base of the seat could be seen.The air hostess gave me another seat, but seat was worse.The push back button of the seat was missing.I was forced to use my previous seat.This is the condition for many of the seats.Passengers are suffering. I find this only in Kerala sector.Abnormal sounds from cabin luggage cabins was another highlight.Ticket rate was Rs.11000/- when compared to another airline it was more(only 35 passengers).If this continues further it is a shame for our national airliner.
So, I urge you to see to this matter seriously and provide good comfort to the passengers.Why do we risk ourselves.

I am Abdul Umar. Already at the month of February I complained about the same issue, i.e., HR Bharatendu Namwal didn't give me job, As I lost my 25, 080rupees Asking Some application fees, duration fees etc. Till now It's over 4months, I didn't get job from him. Saying that 24th may vacancies open joining date may 1st week, now saying Vacancies Open in 21 june and joining letter Send to your home address. Repeating the same words from the past 4months. He is irresponsible even not Replying a message properly nor answering the call. Simply saying date and k dear.
