I ported my number from aircel to vodafone oon 10th march 2018 but the sim has not activated even after 21th march .I called vodafone customer care they said that aircel is not releasing the customer.This is my main mobile number and i don't want to change it.Plz help.

I can not explain how it feels after you pay for a net service and than they will not answer your calls or even would send a technical person to come and connect the cables as i paid to your company on 4th of july 2018 and today is 30th of july still no person has came to come and solve this issue the agent who collected money from my hand is giving rude answers on telephone and the complain numbers are not picking up my calls if this is the way airlink works i would like to share my experience with each and every new consumer kindly take any other broadband airlink is next to worst service they are fraud according to me. Even after paying money they wont give you net connectivity and after that they will start denying your calls and even if answered they will talk rude with their cosumer its not about the money what he collected in sum of 5500 for 24months of plan 1 month with no net connection and 23remains if so was the deal than your company should give me information according to that now i am going to consumer court to lodge a complain against your company so you wont be able to fraud any other coustomer after this.

I have airlink internet broadband cable but they give worst service, Recently one and half month completed but my internet is not working yet. When i call customer care they tell me i submit your complain but after few week pass and then no one can solve my problem even after i call them again but they give answer like fiber cable cut in your place and our engineer come there to solve problem within 3 business day but no one is came to my home even after 3 day i call again but every time they tell me different answer.

I am vishal rathi from up and this company contact me through shine.com. Then they took my tellefonic interview and then send me email that you are shortlisted for the job of csa at igi airport and you have to deposit dd of 35000 in favour of wings as a security fee.
When i reach over there there is no job they said you have to give the interviews. I adjusted that situation also.
I don't get any job from there. Now i am calling to the wings regarding my deposit fee. There is a girl on reception name of miss. Priyanka she attend my call again and again and said to me mam is bussy right now we will call you back later but they don't. Now i am calling they don't pick my call. Before i joined wings daily i get a call from wings but now they don't pick my call. That's unrealistic. I don't suggest to anyanyone this company they all are totally fake and fraud.
Now i have to take legal action against the company.

Hi,

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Cochin by Air India Express for thier 6pm flight on 30th Apr. The booking was done almost 2 months in advance. Just a few days before the travel date i get a mail from the airline that the time has been preponed to 5pm. Despite of this i managed to reach the airport check in counter by 4pm. However, i was denied boarding and the reason given was the flight was "Over booked". I was shocked & was highly pained by the way the authorities handled the entire matter. There were around 10 others too who went through the same pain which included an elderly woman along with her grand child. We were given different solutions at different points of time. Finally when we tried to approach the Duty manager, we were denied permission & finally one Mr.Dennis Contractor who claimed to be assistant manager attended us & literally harassed us in the process. He even went on to say, he cannot do anything on this & we can go & talk to their CMD if required. He was not at all empathetic to our cause & highly arrogant. We had to run around in the airport for almost 4 hours & they finally settled with a booking for the next flight of Air India express on 3rd May. Most o[censored]s who were starnded missed an important function at home on 1st May.

I cannot understand how an Airline can over book the flight & deny boarding for passengers having confirmed tickets. I think the Airline management & the regulator need to look into this seriously. While for the airline, we might be just one among the million passenger, for me this travel means a lot for meeting some of my important personal commitment. I seek justice & hope this forum will help me in this.

I am mustaffa i have travelled from kozhikode to dubai on 7th january 2012 e-ticket number is IX17264147 and PNR IX11028194. when i reach dubai i didnt receive my baggage and it has been told to me that the baggage was send to abu dhabi and they will call and inform me that when i can collect it. after that i didnot receive any response from air india and when i called back again they have informed me that they will call me and later on someone called me and tole that its received in abu dhabi airport and i can go and collect it when i went there i got the reply that no baggage is there. like that i got two, three calls and when i go i get the response that my baggage is not there.

whenever i call to the airindia express office i get the reply that they are busy and they will get back to me and it never happend. once when i called they give me a telephone number [protected] to call for the update of my baggage and the number is always switched off.

there was some mistakes by the staff who issued boarding pass instead of putting the tag for dubai they have put it as abu dhabi only recently i came to know about it, i cannot understand what happend with my baggage. and air india express is not able to give me a proper reply for my questions.

this is pure negelegence from the staffs of air india express abu dhabi i dont see any other reason to think otherwise. i dont know where shoud i lodge my complaint for the mentioned for getting my baggage its been almost a month now.

HI,
In regards to our recent traveling in Air India flight on 30/05/19, traveling booked for AI 130 London through Mumbai and connection flight AI054 Mumbai to Kochi, our first flight was delayed and only started at 21.30 hrs from London and the connection flight missed, next flight we got was AI681, we suppose to reach Kochi at 07.40 in the morning but our flight only reached at 21.20 hrs.

Please see the attached evidence of our journey plan.

Also we lost lots of pound because of flight delay – we booked taxi from 35 church field avenue CB223LA to Cambridge at 06.40 and then from Cambridge to London Heathrew Stage Coach bus at 7.10 to catch air india flight at 1315 hrs, we re booked again these taxi and another later service bus. Our flight delayed more than 8 hours and we reached only at Kochi after 24 hrs, Also we didn't had no lunch provided on while 8 hrs waiting at Mumbai, Me and My daughter was highly exhausted, shocked from our this journey and too very long to get settled.

I am seeking legal advice to claim these for compensation unless you provide these direct.

Please consider this is my formal complaint and let me know if you need further information.

Please let me know the outcome of our compliant.

I was supposed to travel along with my family on 15 june 2019 from delhi to seoul by ai 310. We were made sit in the flight till 3am and then made transfer to other aircraft saying its a technical error, then till6am in the morning we were in other aircraft and finally announced for flight cancelled in the morning.in the after we were told the flight will leave at 330pm for seoul via hongkong. At 2330 hrs the flight reach hongkong and the seoul passengers were told to get down for 10 min so that the flight can be clean. By lying us we were made get down at hongkong airport. There a staff came and said the flight will leave in the morning at 08am and we need to wait the entire night at the airport without water food blankets anything. It was a night mare was everyone. Our entire trip to seoul of 2 nights gone in vain. Onward flight of jeju airlines which we booked for japan we requested the airport staff of seoul to help to postpone without any charges but he gave wrong promise and didnt help. All hotel, tours. Transfers onward ticket all moeny waste with high level harrassment by airlines.
