I have compalint for disconnection from last friday.28/09/2018. Many many time call upon phone number [protected]. No one can answer me. Than i call mukesh [one of the employee]. And he registerd my complaint on saturday. Compalin number is [protected]. Than after no one can answer me for this complaint. I have thousands time call mukesh or airlink office. No one can answer me. And till yet i have no connectivity.
Kindly suggest me what to do ne

My id is AJ KAKLOTAR and i have two years plan of airlink but i have not satisfy of your service. I have lodged my complaint one time in every week and today 30/07/2018 i called on your customer care number[protected], they lodge a complaint everytime but nothings happen, you search my complaint data and you find that howmany average complaint in every month. No one are follow my complaints and no one are receive my signature on your complaint solution report, every time i called on your customer care num and they are miss guide to us, you give us many scheme at the time of new plan but what about your service?, if you are not able to give us better service than give me refund my money, i am not intersted in your service, if this is not possible than i am go on consumer court forum, so please solve my problem permanantely. I am wait for satisfactory reply..

Air India Express — wrong seat allotment

This is reference to the attached ticket booked for my daughter and the boarding pass issued in flight IX-343 from Calicut to Dubai on 10th May 2011.
While booking the ticket I had paid for a selected seat in the front row for my daughter, since she is travelling alone. (seat no 11a alloted instead of 1A)
The treatment she got at the airport was so arrogant, and the airport staff was not at all co-operative.
Since she is a student, she was not aware of the formalities, and she thought the allotted seat was the requested one.

I opted to port out of aircel since they announced on media(TV) that they would stop operations soon. After struggling for a few days to get the port code(UPC) I got it. I gave the number to the vodafone store to get the number with Vodafone. I completed the formalities and got a vodafone sim on 9.3.18. I was informed that it would take about 7 days to get actovated. Today, after 14 days, still it is not activated. I got informatiin from vodafone that they still did not get confirmation from aircel.

It has been 2 times my flights have been rescheduled in 5 days and no good alternatives is given to me. Last flight update is done done just 15 hrs prior my departure. This is not acceptable as i had to change my plans and bookings multiple times. Now i am reaching mumbai around 9.30 in the night with no place to go at that time. I would like a compensation for my troubles and a night accommodation at the airport lodge on 18th night. Please see this issue on priority.

Dear sir / madam,

It is with reluctance and regrets i am writing this email. I traveled from riyadh to mumbai in ai922 on 27th june 2019.
I had two check-in baggage (Pictures attached alongside). One of my bags was tampered with. Chain and lock were professionally broken and my brand new samsung galaxy s9 plus 128gb mobile phone was stolen (Pictures attached alongside) post which the chain was attached back. The moment i tried to open my bag lock the entire lock and the chain fell off. All my things inside the bag were messed with and phone and the connector was missing. There were other small items which were missing too.
I raised this complaint with air india staff (Nikhil chaudhary), csif and sahar police station.
I even met and personally raised concerns about the luggage safety with csia operations manager (Mr. Dhiren)

This is such a shame that this incident took place and there was very little air india airport staff could actually do. I went through the cctv footage of mumbai airport of my bags being loaded onto the belt by the loaders. I watched the cctv footage under the supervision of cisf personnel (Vicky kumar) however, he did not have access to all the cameras.
I am very sure that my bag was scanned in the xray machine and the person knew very well that there was a brand new phone in my bag. This incident has taken place at either riyadh airport or mumbai airport.
I have attached the bill of my phone alongside this email.
I request air india to conduct a thorough investigation of what really happened. Right since my bag was checked in to riyadh airport all the way till i collected the bag at mumbai airport. This also includes the loaders loading and unloading my bags inside the aircraft too.
I will personally be taking these matters to news, media and social media but before i do so, i want air india to figure out who the culprit is and return my lost item. I will also make it a point of never again travel on air india and will communicate the same to my friends and family.

From last friday i complain for no connectivity. They booked complain and say in 3 days we solved complain. After 2 days they auto generated that complain is solved nd close complaint.
After that they take again complain for no connectivity nd generate new complain.
When i tell about my old one they said we tke new complain still today i suffered for no connectivity.
The people people are totally uneducated & unexpired nd very cheap. They don’t know how to talk.
