It was Senior Aquatics National at Ranchi and we 4 people ( Me, my daughter, a boy and his father) have booked tickets together. Our Indigo flight 6E467 ( Mumbai to Ranchi Dt. 21st September, 2016) departure time was 12:20 and we have done web check-in before a day.On 21st our train from Surat to Mumbai was delayed by heavy rain and we reached andheri station at around 11:30AM…almost lost hope to board flight. We were already late and we lost contact of each other in crowd. I was panicked as i had no idea where was my 14 year daughter. Later I came to know my daughter is with other person travelling with us and we all decided to reach airport by different auto. The boy and myself reached first and it was already 12 so I decided to send that boy alone as other two (my daughter and the father of that boy) still couldn't reach airport. In all those hassle my bag with all papers including print outs of tickets and web check-in gone with the boy. When my daughter and father of that boy arrived there was still time. It was may be around 12:10. I requested indigo staff to do the needful as I had all the documents but in flight. They immediately checked and issued other boarding passes but last moment security denied us to stamp on boarding pass without any reason.I requested so many times we are going for sports event and it is very important to reach Ranchi on time for us but they didn't listen anything. They haven't found any thing doubtful in our luggage then why they denied to stamp on our boarding pass? We missed that flight without any of our fault. We had to book another next flight which has costed us total 20, 940 Rs. We are sports people and not criminal that they stopped us like that also it was not at all affordable for us to buy tickets for next flight but as it was a competition for our children worked very hard we have to spend.

I was booking 2 tickets of flight no. Ai-156 from delhi to goa for the date 31st august 2019 for self and my husband. I opted to pay via upi. An amount of rs. 7194 was deducted from my bank account. However, i did not get any ticket confirmation mail from air india. I called air india customer care where i was told that pnr jxs53 and jsx3w were generated but the tickets have not been booked. They told me to raise a refund request by mailing the issue on [protected]@airindia.in. I have emailed them thrice. Howver, i did not get any response from their side. I am afraid to book tockets again without written confirmation from airindia that earlier rhe tickets have not been booked. The upi refernce id for payment is[protected] and the time of transaction is 12:51 am on 1st july 2019. Lack of AirAsia Support service at Trivandrum AirportFriday, April 9, 2010 10:15 AMFrom: "kanavila Sudhir" <[protected]@yahoo.com>Add sender to ContactsTo: [protected]@airasia.comCc: [protected]@singnet.com.sgHello there,

I am writing in to highlight my recent confusion and disappointment with AirAsia with regards to my booking of flight to Singapore from Trivandrum via Kuala Lumpur.

On 23 March 2010, I had made an online booking for four guests to depart Trivandrum and reach KL on 6 April 2010.

The booking number is O65HBE.

In the same online transaction, I made a similar booking to leave KL on 6 April 2010 to reach Singapore on the same day.
The booking number is C75JCI.

The online transactions were successful and together with my family, I made the trip down to Trivandrum International Airport.

I was shocked when I was told off by the officer from AirAsia at the Trivandrum International Airport that because I did not have a Malaysian Visa, I will not be able to travel on my previous bookings. I was caught by surprise and explained the rationale that I understand my family and I to be considered 'n transit' in KL as Singapore was my destination. I was to only spend 5 hours in KL aiport with my family before taking another flight to SIngapore. I had also applied for relevant Singapore tourist visas and ensured that the trip was to be a smooth one.

I was extremely disappointed to be told this, at the airport itself as I took it upon myself to read all the necessary regulations and flight details on the AirAsia website when I was making my online transaction of the bookings. In total, I had spent 44,145 IN Rupees and 992 Malaysian Ringgit for the two trips that my family and I was suppose to made. In the end, I had no choice but to make another flight booking with SilkAir for a direct flight to Singapore which cost my family and I, a total of INR70,816 IN Rupees. I can provide the necessary flight booking details and information if required.

I have since called the AirAsia office in SIngapore to explain my disappointment and they have directed me to send an email to this address. I am genuinely hoping for some clarification and possible compensation/refund because I was only told of the need for a Malaysian Visa at Trivandrum Airport itself when I understood my family and I to be 'on transit' in KL for 5 hours before making the trip to Singapore. This unpleasant incident has left me extremely upset and I do think it is the role of the airline to highlight such details when I was making the online transaction for the booking of the flights.

My trip to Singapore has been marred by this incident and I do hope necessary action can be taken to prevent such unfortunate accidents to occur again.

I can be contacted in Singapore at[protected] till 13 April 2010 and can be contacted in India at +[protected].

Thank you.

Govindan Sudhir

Airlink is one of the worst company in internet provider. There customer service is pathetic even a subzi wala speaks better then them. Not a single person in customer service is capable of being in there position. Most of them are illitrate. I hope once jio comes in broadband soon and wipe out this # company after then they will realise what is customer service. Just for an example i contacted jio for ppor network speed they immediately replied and also called me next day and assured they will improve ths speed in out new area. Even if airlink provides more cheap then anything for internet still do not buy it you will regret it for sure. Hope it gets shutdown soon i pray to god.
