ACT is acting too much worst. I am using act since 2017, in the starting 2 years we had problems 2 or 3 times but since 2019 there are lot of internet connection issues, availability issues, service is very worst. Customer care people don’t respond properly and they have fixed set of answers everytime. Shameful service by ACT.

I am looking forward your help and suing ACT fibernet for placing the router in my house without my permission and also not giving any benefits to customer.

It has been more than 3 years they are using my house for their services but being customer i have received any benefit. i have request customer care team multiple times and there was a request logged on 1st Apr 2021 but till today no one has contacted me on this.

I asked for new connection on 7th April. Service guy came and promised that connection will be done within 2 days and i have to pay 2513 rs based on the plan I asked for. I paid the amount that time only through my paytm wallet.
After 10 calls installation guy came and told me that there is no connection available so he can not do anything. So i asked for the refund.

For refund i called ACT customer care on 12th april and raised a request. This is the SR[protected] request number assigned by them.

I got a message saying ACT team will contact me for bank detail for refund and it will be done within 4 days.

After 2 days i get message that my request has been closed. When i checked with customer care they said refund has been done. But i haven’t received and single rupee in my account or paytm. I asked them to open the ticket again. Now they are asking that you send your transaction history to them. I have done that also. When i asked for transaction id then they didn’t had any answer.

Next day again they closed the ticket. This happened 2 times.
For taking money they will come without call. And they will call you 10-15 times. but when it comes for refund then these people don’t even check with customer if they received the refund or not. And when you call them they give silly reason that refund will take 15-20 days. I haven’t seen anyone transferring money to my paytm wallet will take 20 days to reflect. Their customer service is pathetic. This is the last option i can think of.

Summary:
1. 10 days extension on my service for the internet down that was fully avoidable and caused due to negligence and non-action.
2. Details of their offer of 18% discount on bill + rs 50 per month

Details:
ACT has not properly compensated me for 10 days of outage (2nd April to 12 April).

(Photo 1) Via official email, they have assured me rs 50 + 18% discount to fix the CX box in my house, but after fixing they have become silent and avoided this topic.

(Photo 2) CX box about to be demolished. The old house owners had requested them for many months to remove the box, but they did not listen. Still we requested them and they were nice enough to stop the demolition and save your box. What a contrast of nature between them and you.

Note: I had requested the for better compensation because my electrical scheme in ground floor is commercial and rs 50 per month is not enough, and i had asked for rs 100 per month. Also, as i had to take an unlimited mobile plan worth 399 during their 10 days outage, i asked for +1 month extension. But they have not even tried to negotiate, and instead they say they will not compensate anything! Amazing!!

I have discontinued from act 2 days back i.e., on 10th April 2021 and unfortunately I had to reconnect the next day i.e., on 11th April 2021. And I had made my previous payment which is left due as I wanted my connection back soon. But from yesterday I had made more than 15 calls to customer support. Every time I call, they would only say that they will reconnect within 2-4 hours after I receive a call from their end for confirmation. I cannot understand 3 things here,
1. when I said to discontinue, they had forwarded my call to their local executive and they had 5 mins of chat with me and then they immediately within no time they disconnected the service. But when I am trying to reconnect, that too I have paid the complete bill, without even uttering a word. They started delaying it was already 30 hrs past, and they always say ACT acts fast.
2. After me paying the amount, they don’t even respond for hours, and I was waiting for their call. Because I not a kind of guys who abuses customer support, if at all I was, I could get the connection sooner. Now they don’t even connect to local distributor for his action on reconnection, which they did when I was trying to discontinue.
3. I think, a company has to lookup for continuing customer who buy for 6 months, but here it doesn’t happen.

ACT, you have to look into it.

I have seen so many issues of this kind against you, when I am browsing on my issue.

Please act fast on it.

My name is surendra kaitaapalli,[protected] I’m facing issues from day one 2018 to till date on paying the bill, power waiver, as I mentioned sent many mails and spoken to many customer care executives giving fake promises and closing the tickets like Bot.no use to talk with customers care executives hopeless and your nodal officer also is in Cc u can check below trail mail, no use, present issue is from 6+1 month pack oct 2020 to April 2021 no power waiver was revised even my location in box is port 1 I don’t know why, my bill due date 15 of april, and im follow up in with your executives for power waiver how disgusting it this, you check in account details every 7 months I need to call your executives and follow up them, Is this is the way u treat the customers, I will wait till 10 EoD for revise the bill if it not happens means please take ur box and keep it some where else.

Worst customer service, why I’m saying this because I facing from last 5 days, I think there is no super visors no audit no manager’s in your company no one monitor

1. Pavankumar : Issue not resolved promised to arrange call back from supervisor, as of now didn’t received. ( within 4hrs)

2. Spandana : same she said im taking complaint on this issue we arrange a call back to you, as of now not received ( within4 hrs)

3.Ramani : she promised to arrange call back and not yet received, these guys are simply reopen the ticket EoD it is automatically closed.

4. Deva: This guy even not listen to my query and call disconnected from his end. Need to take action on this person at least try to listen the query.

5.Naresh : he didn’t know any thing about plans and wavier, all the things asking me please give training, he also did the kept me.on hold and disconnected the call.

I’m follow up you team from April 2 onwards to pay the bill before due date please revise for 6+7 months, but they just credited 1 month ras 59, this is happening from 2018

Are your team and you guys are harassing me, I want permanent resolution on this issue not for every time I need to call for power waiver in future. If it not happens means please take ur box, I don’t provide a single unit.

Dear ACT team,
After months and months of horrible internet connection and poor repeated service we would like to cancel our subscription with you. We have two routers from ACT and both seem to be at fault at the same time. As this is for a proper office use, we cannot afford to be paying bills regularly to just sit with your untrustable connection and also waste our personal mobile data. On top of this, you guys have the most unprofessional customer service who just cut the call in the middle of the queries just cause they are incapable and not fully equipped to resolve the crisis. Kindly refund the money and do the necessary.

This is to bring to your notice that despite of raising a request with ACT Fibernet customer care executive in order to cancel my subscription towards Sony LIV app, I’ve been charged for monthly charges. Hello,

We have been ACT subscriber since couple of years. I’m writing here with regards to my continuous complaints to the ACT customer care service with respect to the tele-communication service charge that is an extra amount that was charged on my current bill as compared to my older bill. I’m not sure what miscommunication is going on, everybody whom I spoke to since 8 days, told me that today the engineer will come to the filed visit and will check the tele communication service and will deduct the same from my bill. Till now none have come nor neither my bill was settled.

And they are so irresponsible, not at all assisting me properly for every small thing I need to spend lot of minutes speaking to them everyday.
It would be great if you can address this issue immediately.

I’m sorry to say this but, It is really a very disappointing service.

I have persistently told the representatives that my account is very close to due date and it might get suspended but they were so stubborn that, they told me it won’t get suspended and we have put an extension on your account.
Now see, today my account got suspended who will take the responsibility. Please reactivate it, just because of this damn issue we need to face such difficulties and spoil our work. As all the work is done remotely these days, we have to depend on your service. I even told them, I will pay and give me refund later but none have paid attention to this.

I would really appreciate if you can help us with this. If it is not possible with you guys to resolve such small issue, then we will definitely try to look for other competent internet service providers in the market.
