Give me a Letter duration of delay and reason for delay, so I can claim to insurance Co for trip delay. So many times written to AirIndia but nobody responds me. My booking references is Z504P. Journey from Mumbai to RDU via NY.
I was supposed to fly on the 31st of March 2020 from Milan to Delhi and from Delhi to Coimbatore. I have a return ticket coming back on the 29th of April 2020 same way.
The flight was canceled by Air India and I have been calling the customer service numbers many times. I have sent many emails and never received the reimbursement or a reply.
Air India told me that payment was made in October but it never reached my credit card or bank account. I have request to investiva on where the funds were sent but nothing happened.

I have purchased a connecting flight ticket from Bhopal to chandigarh via New Delhi. Scheduled ticket is from Bhopal to Delhi on 4th August at 10 pm and then connecting flight from Delhi to chandigarh on 5th August at 5.45 am. Today I got a message that flight of 5th August is rescheduled to 6th August. But I am unable to change my travel plan and I want to perform the connecting journey on 5th August it self in morning hrs. On portal I have seen a alternate flight at 6.40 am and want to travel by this flight in case of reschedulement other wise wants to take refund for journey from Delhi to chandigarh.
To resolve this problem I called customer care number on 3 occasions. On each occasion Representative enquare the full details but unable to resolved the problem and forward the call to next desc where no body picks the call even waiting for 30 minutes. This was repeated 3 times and even wasting 2 hrs could not get any resolution.
Pl resolve my problem.

It has been almost 3 months and still no refund has been made by Air India.
The flight of mine from Delhi to Helsinki via Frankfurt was cancelled by Air India.

Talked to multiple customer care and every time they say it will get a refund in the next 7 days and still no action.
Can you refund it? Otherwise I need to go to the consumer forum against it.

I want to inform you I was booked flight from India to paris one way on 23april2020. But because of corona my flight was cancelled. So I was applied for money return thru email and my travel agent ( Make my Trip ) I got email from air India they asking me RA number on 23 January 2021 . So I was given to them on 29 June 2021 . I didn’t receive any refund from last 1 year and 3 months .
I am totally disappointed.

How many times am I sending the emails to refund my amount to the subjected bank account in the subjected mail.
you are giving very poor service to the customers.
This is my 35th mail am sending to these mails IDs (customersupport support, [protected]@airindiaexpress.in & [protected]@airindiaexpress.in) and calling these air india customer care numbers ([protected] – IND / [protected]- UAE) for last four months, but unfortunately am not getting proper response from your end.
I had tried to book AirIndia multicity flight tickets online from LHR to DEL and Return BOM to LHR and made payment of GBP 456.67 through HSBC UK VISA Credit Card **** **** **** 3989 through online payment gateway on at Billdesk.com IN No dated[26/07/2021], but tickets are not booked and amount has been deducted. Got BillDesk Error ( Reason : Sorry! We are unable to process your transition ). kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. This problem is happening for 2nd time . I[censored] are not taking international Cards not registered with Indian Merchants, why not give clear message ?
I and my family were supposed to fly on an Air India flight on 18th May, but due to some circumstances, I had to cancel my ticket.
So I called the customer care department of Air India, asked what refund amount will I be getting, was told that Rs. 7, 352 will be refunded to me. So I asked them to cancel my ticket and start the refund process.
But when I received the refund a month after I had cancelled my tickets, only Rs. 2, 804 were credited.
On talking multiple times to the Air India customer care, emailing various ids, and talking to the escalation department, I was told that in 10-21 days I’ll be receiving the refund.
When I called Air India today about not receiving any refund, they told me that I was only supposed to get Rs. 2, 804 as refund and they can’t do anything further than that.
The cancellation call happened on 17th May around the evening and Air India will have a record of the call. If possible, please hear it and you’ll clearly listen to the customer support person telling me the refund that I’ll be getting for the cancellation.
I would not have cancelled my ticket if they’d said that they’ll give me just Rs. 2, 804 out of my entire ticket price of Rs. 19, 952. I lost both my seats as well as my refund amount.
This matter has taken more than 2 months now, and I need to either get my entire refund or 4 tickets for whichever date and location I need.
