Respected sir,

I don't know you will take a necessary action against to that dr. Subbulakshmi dorairaj. But i believe the people see this matter to be aware.

I went to apollo hospital on 11/07/17 for canada immigration medical test. After the medical test done on the same date. They said all the documents will be sending to high commission of canada in india with 2 working days. But more than 5 days its not updated to high commission of canada in india. So, i went to apollo hospital and ask with reception why its delayed, they said radiology department missed the x-ray report that is the reason for delay on process. So they guide me to talk with dr. Subbulakshmi dorairaj she told we will be upload the result in 5 business day to high commission of canada in india. She talked in a rude manner that i should not come and ask with us. She told another think that was shocking in case of missing the medical report then i should do the re-test again. How could doctor say without having the responsibilities?

Without having the x-ray report how the radiology department gave copy of the x-ray report that has came via online to dr. Subbulakshmi dorairaj computer while doing the test?

Dr. Subbulakshmi dorairaj not capable to be a panel physician at high commission of canada in india.

Thank you

Best regards

Vasanth karunanidhi

I got a callus on my left foot, as i am a sugar patient decided to consult with a good doctor, so took an appointment with doctor r. N mehrotra on13th of may 2017, and visited on same day, he referred me to meet the dr. Srinivas s (Dnb general surgery), he asked me to do some test like x-ray & blood circulation, i told him dr. Srinivas, sir i am able to walk comfortably, only getting light pain as i am wearing shoes regularly, if i stop wearing shoes, then i won't get pain. He forced me to do the test, and it cost me around rs. 2, 500 when i got the report, everything was ok, i know in big hospitals dr. Are advise to do some unnecessary test, he prescribed one ointment and suggested to put my leg in luke warm water for 5 mins and then apply the ointment twice daily and then come after 1 month to meet me, that day appolo hospital charges rs.5, 200 including doctor fee and all the test around. But one of friend suggested to apply corn plast for 1 week that cost is only rs. 30, i applied that and within a week i got cure. I am thinking about this doctor and thinking about apollo how you are earning money. My request, please do some transparency, if something is really required do the test otherwise don't do unnecessary test loot money from patient/customer. Even i had an argument with the receptionist regarding this matter. Request you please take necessary action against the doctor and refund my money rs.2, 500. Hope i will get result for my complain.

I am a senior citizen of India.

I had a horrible experience with the Apollo Hospital at Bhubaneswar yesterday. I, along with my wife, decided to go for a complete health checkup and contacted the Apollo hospital at Bhubaneswar. We were asked to report at the hospital at 7am. Accordingly,we reached there 5 minutes before the scheduled time. No one was there to book our request. It was at 7.20 that some one turned up and she asked to fill in the necessary forms etc. She was very cordial and helpful. She informed that the test may take about 4-5 hours and we would get the reports soon after that. Our reference numbers were:- ORB1.[protected] and ORB1.[protected]

The trauma started once we were taken to different tests. We were the first ones to arrive at the hospital and so we should be given the first priority for various chech points. But when ever we were taken to a point for checks, we saw that people who arrived much later than us were given higher priorities. We had to wait for hours and hours for the tests. We were not even allowed to go out and have lunch. Some of our tests were completed at about 4pm and we were asked to still wait for some doctors were not available for tests like dental check-up. We had a very urgent work to attend to at 6pm and we requested that our reports may be handed over. It was at that point of time that we were informed that bio-chemical test reports have been received for me only and not for my wife. We went on running from pillar to post and requested to arrange for the same but every one we turned to turned a deaf ear at us. The persons at the desk were very rude and unpolite and they simply laughed at our plight.

Finally, at about 6pm, we decided to approach the doctor-in-charge. She took a keen interest in us and tried to speak to the doctor and technicians of the lab. But even her requestes were not properly complied. We were really disheartened and we decided to come out with what ever report that were made available to us.

It was 6.30 pm (12 hours since we reached the hospital). We were tired and hungry. The authoritied has milked 6000 rupees per person from us and had handed over incomplete reports. We decided not to approach such an uncivilised institution at any time in future.

Due to the negligence and callousness and carelessness of the people at the hospital, I lost my valuable time and I could not get the reports too. Hence the hospital authorities may be advised suitable to stop harassing the people and to hand over the reports to me.

Dear sir,
Referring to my file no AC01.1803616 of Apollo hospital of greams lane,Chennai-600006,i would like to state that Dr.Narayan Reddy had adviced me to take a penile doppler test for which an amount of rs 2330
was paid by your bill no ALD317150 on dated 06 jan 2011.
After completing the said test,I was handed over a slip asking me to again pay profession fees(charge)of rs 1000.
I failed to understand why this profession charges was taken from

Even last time when i did this same test i had paid the test fees of rs 2300 only and no professional fees was taken from me.
I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action so that patient like me should not be cheated and charged undue amount after all they are coming to your hospital for good treatment and justify charges.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding a complaint, but as you do not have an option of complaints in your website, so I am using this medium of feedback. My wife Swati Pandey & son Aviral Pandey had been a regular patients at Apollo Hospital Delhi from last 1 year & 5 months respectively. For my 6 months old son, we have been visiting Dr. Deepa Sharma at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals Delhi from last 4-5 months. From last 12-15 days, my son had been suffering from cough & cold, and recently had lose motions from last 10 days. We had visited the Doctor and she had earlier given medicines for controlling Lose motions & cough and cold, but it didn't stop, then my wife called her on saturday evening, 6th of September that there is no improvement after 3-4 days of medicine, so she told her to have a stool test done for my son. Again when my wife called her on yesterday, she started shouting on her that "dont call me again and again, and I should not have given my no. If I would have knew that you'll call me again and again, then she asked about the stool test report. My wife told her that the report is pending, then she again started shouting that If you don't know how to take care of a child then why did you gave birth to her. Sir, the purpose to narrate you the whole incident is because you should know how are your doctors talking to the patients. We know how to take care of a Child that's why we have been visiting the so called best hospital of Delhi for my Son's treatments. If this is the way you behave with your customers/patients, I am sorry to say that You might be having the best buildings, but not the best hospital as the services makes a hospital best. First of all, that Doctor should hire a secretary of hers if she can take patients call like all other doctors, secondly she should not give mobile no to the patients if she dont want to speak to them. There was an emergency thats why my wife called her because my son was having stool with blood stains (reddish stool). Writing this complaint to you so that you should take action against these type of doctors. Also, gone are the days when people were considering doctors as God, we the new generation people who knows the difference between God and so called Gods, who charge money. If I am paying an X amount to a hospital/doctor, I want services out of that and nothing else. We are mature enough to take care of our Child. I have changed the doctor and hospital as well for the treatment and rest of the vaccinations for my son. If the Delhi's best hospital doctor behaves like this, Then only God can help the hospital.

Regards
Abhishek Pandey

I am 35 year old, unmarried single man, i stay in Hyderabad
i was having swelling and pain in my right leg feet so i went to Apollo emergency hospital, Hyderabad branch, Hyderabad on Feb 16, 2017. "I was advised by doctor to take treatment in hospital, so i have taken as inpatient .I joined general ward. . i was not given proper treatment, The staff looks so unprofessional and bad. The doctor name was Arshad and he wrote diagnostic tests, iv injections . I was advised to join for treatment, so i got admitted in general ward, so i was given IV injections as prescribed. The nurse who gave the injections was julie . The nurse was rude and she pricked the right arm rudely to put the injection tube, she was not professional and lacked experience in nursing techniques.
The staff who gives water, food were also unclean and unprofessional. The food given was not sufficient. So, i had to get food from outside.

I was also visited by foot surgeon dr.srinivas on day 3 and he said that he will give bandage but they never cleaned the wound and they did not put bandage. so, i rate apollo hospital 1 out of 10.

The days I was there in hospital was from 16Feb, 17 feb, 18 feb, 19 feb, so i got discharged as i requested them to discharge me.
i felt bad as in this 21st century when people are landing in mars, moon we have hospitals charging huge amounts as my bill was huge . i came out of apollo hospital, hyderaguda thinking that this apollo hyderabad hospital is very bad in delivering service.

Dear Apollo / Nova Specialty Management,
I had brought my father, Mr. Embar Srinivasan, to the Nova Specialty hospital ER room in MRC Nagar on two separate days to have my father receive Ventnor injections for anemia. On both occasions, I supplied the two Ventnor 2000 ampoules.
On 17 March 2015, I was charged Rs. 50 as injection charges to two arms.
On 21 March 2015, I was charged Rs. 100 as injection charges to two arms.
On 21 March 2015, when I informed the ER duty doctor, Dr. Kavita (who was the duty doctor on 17 March and 21 March) that I had paid only Rs 50 for the injections a few days before and that Kauvery Hospital only charges Rs 20 as injection charges, Dr Kavita informed me in a loud and patronizing manner that the nurse had made a mistake on 17 March 2015 by charging Rs 50 and that Apollo Hospitals charges Rs 100 for injections.
I was upset by Dr. Kavita’s manner and her loud tone and asked her not to raise her voice to me and mentioned that doctors should also treat patients politely, she started to address my 83 old year father, a heart attack survivor with kidney ailments, who was the victim of medical malpractice in the USA where he had lived for numerous years, in the same loud and rude manner. I raised my voice and asked her not to raise her voice to my father and reminded her about Indian traditions of respecting elders and left to pay the bill.
I paid Rs, 100 but would like to register my complaint against Dr. Kavita for her rude and insensitive manner. A person who has little consideration or respect for the elderly and ailing patients should not be handling patients in the hospital and especially in the ER where patients come with serious afflictions.
I would also like you to clarify the billing procedures regarding injections as I feel it is not fair to patients to bill patients double the amount every few days.
I hope Apollo / Nova management will act on my concerns and resolve the billing discrepancy and ensure that their staff treat patients with respect and dignity. I look forward to your written response to my concerns.
Sincerely,
Ravi Embar

To whosoever concerned

Sir, while coming to Apollo we have an expectation of service and care. Till 2014 I was pretty satisfied with ur services .what got into you in these two year.

In sindhoori building only one lift is working.that too small lift if one wheelchair enters nobody else can get in …waiting for hours in queue and a wheelchair comes we all are asked to getout .they say total 3 lifts two is repair .just because we are not wheel chair doesn't erase the fact that we are patients.

Lift under repair is your fault you can't just shout at us for your mistake using words like get out to your customers is a big mistake . It's worse than a government hospital. I make sure I find a better hospital

I visited Apollo vanagaram for throat pain on 19/12/2015. I was attended by Dr.Ganesh, consultant ENT at around 10.30 AM. He was very rude to me. He would not even let me speak before he comments. I was not told, besides repeated questions what the problem is. I pay money but get no respect. He only said what he wanted to say without my involvement in a rude way. The medicines he prescribed are completely irrelevant to the problem I have.he would not even answer my questions regarding my problem and insisted that he will type out my prescription.
We are not fools. I want you to understand. We are more educated than your so called doctors are. Please treat patients with respect, for the money we pay you guys. You are only doctors as long as you can listen to patients problems and explain solutions.
I am disappointed in such a service. I would like Dr.Ganesh to know that he is pathetic.
